Fun with family
Pros:

Location by the beach lovely. A walk into Gaios and taxi back worked for us but others may prefer a car. Olga was the best hostess - nothing too much trouble. We had a lovely terrace with sun loungers, a hot tub and table and seating. I’d stay here again.

Cons:

A bit of updating wouldn’t go amiss but all in all a good place.

Lovely location and very friendly accommodating hostess
Pros:

Location was good. A bit far to walk into Gaia at night.

Cons:

You had to pay for the beach loungers and noisy air-conditioned unit outside main bedroom. Also room service that does not clean dishes or pack the washed ones back in the cupboards.

Son emplacement est idyllique mais tout est top.

Cons:

Rien à signaler. Les prix sont sont un peu élevés mais cela se comprend compte tenu du cadre et du niveau de services.

Overall a very good place to stay
Pros:

Location overall setup of the suites
Big balcony with amazing views
Easy access to the beach with umbrellas bar and food
Ms Olga was an excellent host attended to all our needs

Cons:

2nd room was a bit small and badly designed. No room to strech legs in bathroom moist on the walls overall inside of suite needs a bit of renovation
The bigger room was very good and spacious. In Both bathrooms however the water was all over the place when you had a shower

Pros:

One of the best examples of hospitality ever received, like most of the reviews here mention, no request or question was too much for Olga who was always there to help. The location of the villas is maybe one of the best in the whole island, offering you easy access in 2 minutes to a beautiful beach with a bar, sun loungers and and drinks. The main town on the island can easily be reached via taxi in about 10 mins for 10€ or around 25 minutes walk. Apartments are excellent, comfortable and clean and most of them will offer you the most wonderful views over the sea. Without a doubt one of the best summer destinations you can go to so don't hesitate to book☺️

Great apartment, great view, great host
Pros:

Nice apartment with great view! It was clean, spacious, bottle of view was waiting on us in the fridge. Apartment had also a jacuzzi which was great for relaxing in the evening. Public beach with the bar (not part of the Annasa Mare) was right accross the street, not even a minute walk to it. Host Olga was very polite and extremely helpful, she was proactively communicating with us about not only about the accomodation, but also everything else we needed to know on the island. She also organized the transport form and to the port, scooter and the boat during out stay which saved us time to search for the offers.

Cons:

One would get an impression that Annasa Mare beach bar belongs to the Annasa Mare complex, which is not the case. So at the beach bar you don't get any discounts on the sunbeds or drinks/food.
