Hotel gut aber aufgrund dieser Umstände eine Zumutung und nicht tragbar.

Cons:

Es herrschte ein Hitzetag. Wir bekamen ein Dachzimmer. Abends hatte es im Zimmer 32.3 Grad und trotz geöffnetem Fenster Morgens noch 30.3 Grad. Eine Zumutung.

In dieser unsagbaren Hitze hätte ein kaltes Duschen gutgetan. Beim Anlassen des Wasser erklang aus der Leitung ein pfeifender Ton, in der Lautstärke eines Alarm, der schmerzhaft in den Ohren klingelte. Trotz Meldung um 17:00 Uhr an der Rezeption wurde nichts dagegen unternommen. Am Abend konnten wir dann die Dusche nicht benützen, sonst wären sämtliche Gäste im Dachgeschoss in ihrem Schlaf gestört worden, vorausgesetzt, man konnte bei dieser Hitze einigermassen schlafen.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt in erster Reihe am See, Gastronomie quasi direkt für der Haustür ausreichend vorhanden. Die großen Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit modernem Bad. Fahrräder konnten im Innenhof sicher geparkt werden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, der Frühstücksraum / Restaurant war toll eingerichtet, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Rezeptionistin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr nettes und professionelles Personal. Absolut sympathische Leute. Sowohl am Empfang als auch im Restaurant.

Cons:

Das Dachgeschoss ist im Sommer unerträglich heiss - man kann sagen, wie ein Backofen.

Eine Steckdose im Raum war offen, zur Hälfte mit Klebeband abgedeckt. Die Kabel waren sichtbar. Wir waren mit Kleinkind da… schlecht.

Geputzt wurde nicht automatisch täglich. Die Putzfrauen, denen wir begegneten, waren jedoch sehr freundlich.

Frühstück hat für jeden was geboten. Den Butterautomaten kannte ich noch nicht, der war toll. Wir hatten im Restaurant gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
