Bei einer Rundreise um den Bodensee mit 3 Übernachtungen war dieses Hotel am preiswertesten, das Personal und die Atmosphäre am freundlichsten und die Lage ist herausragend

Cons:

Wir haben Freunde, die nicht im Hotel gewohnt haben zum Frühstück eingeladen, welches sehr gut ist. Sie haben 24 Euro pro Person bezahlt was ich sehr hoch finde.

Ein schöner Besuch, nächstes mal mit dem Fahrrad.
Pros:

Zimmer war im obersten stock, schooners Zimmer, aber extrem verwinkelt und sicher nichts fuer grossgewachsenen Menschen. Auch um zum Zimmer zu kommen sehr verwinkelt und man muss sich ducken. Frühstück was sehr gut. Personal freundlich

Schöner Frühstücksraum, gute Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets. Sehr ruhig und tolle Aussicht.

uns hat das Lächeln gefehlt! Macht die Arbeit den Mitarbeitern wirklich Spass?

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Das meiste Personal war sehr freundlich unf hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nach telefonischer Nachfrage bezüglich Parkplätzen und einer falschen Information von Seiten des Hotels hat uns die Dame an der Rezeption sehr unverschämt darüber belehrt, wie das mit den Parkplätze abläuft. Beim Frühstück wurde meine Freundin kurz vor 10 von ihr angemeckert, dass sie ja extrem spät dran war.

Beim Abendessen saßen wir vor dem Hotel und hatten einen wundervollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Die Bitte an der Rezeption um zusätzliche Kissen wurde umgehend erfüllt.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und eines davon empfanden wir als extrem klein. Der Rollator meiner Mutter hätte in dem kleinen Zimmer keinen Platz gehabt.
Beim Frühstück gab es zeitweise zu wenig Plätze, da anscheinend eine grössere Reisegruppe anwesend war. Der Lärmpegel war dadurch auch sehr hoch.

Die Lage direkt am See

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und beengt mit Dachschrägen bzw Balken, wo selbst kleine Leute auf ihren Kopf aufpassen müssen. Es gab legiglich ein kleines Fenster und entsprach überhaupt nicht dem Foto bei der Buchung. Auf Nachfrage wurde unfreundlich darauf verwiesen, dass dies Beispielbilder seien. Das ist mir in 8 Jahren bei Booking noch nie passiert! Sehr irreführend!!!

Eine weitere Enttäuschung war, dass man nicht draußen frühstücken durfte, obwohl es doch eine große Terrasse am See gibt!
