Empfehlenswert für eine Auszeit zu Zweit
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel für eine kleine Auszeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und See.

Super freundliches Personal (von der Reinigungsfrau, Rezeption bis hin zur Bedienung). Das Frühstück und die Atmosphäre ist wirklich kaum zu übertreffen.

Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder.

Pros:

Die Größe der Suite war optimal und bot sehr viel Komfort.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Die Suite bzw. das Hotel war top ausgestattet und ließ kaum etwas vermissen.
Die Einrichtung war einzigartig, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Personal sollte informiert werden, wenn ein Gast Geburtstag hat, damit kleine bzw. kostenfreie Aufmerksamkeiten, wie eine persönliche Gratulation am Frühstückstisch oder ein kleiner Keks mit dem Namen, um den besonderen Tag zusätzlich verschönern. Dadurch würde die familiäre Atmosphäre sowie die persönliche Note noch besser zur Geltung kommen.
An der Rezeption fehlte leider ein kurzer Hinweis bzw. eine Erklärung zur Bedienung der Klimaanlage.
Der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht ausreichend gekühlt.
Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereiches empfanden wir als etwas zu kurz. Eine Nutzung bis 20:00 oder 20:30 Uhr würden wir als sehr angenehm und angemessen empfinden.

ואו הצוות היה מדהים ושירותי ממש !
המלון עצמו מרהיב ויפה מאוד, חדרים גדולים מרווחים ונקיים מאןד. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת. המלון באמצע העיירה והיה מאוד קל להתנייד. יש גם בריכות מהממות וסאונה. נוף מהמם.
