Ho preso una camera per tre giorni....La struttura molto carina , animazione idem... ma expedia non e' stata per niente chiara.... la prima e l'ultima volta su queto sito.

Pros:

The resort fees were added were not needed as its just a pool there. The xtra for towels were ridiculous. With that said the resort itself and the shuttle sea were very nice convenient

Bien mais literie horrible
Pros:

Les points positifs : l’accueil était parfait, nous sommes arrivés à 20h et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions manger sans réservation et ils ont été très arrangeants. A l’extérieur le complexe est joli et les jardins sont très bien entretenus. Il y a un parking gratuit et possibilité d’amener sa voiture devant la chambre pour décharger les valises. La situation est aussi très bien et l’hôtel propose une navette pour aller à la plage toutes les heures, ce qui est appréciable.
Les points négatifs : les chambres / appartements mériteraient un grand rafraîchissement, tout comme la salle de restaurant et la piscine. Il n’y a aucune insonorisation entre les chambres (entendre ses voisins faire pipi c’est quand même moyen). Mais pour nous le principal point négatif de cet hôtel est la literie tellement dure et de mauvaise qualité que l’on a été obligé de rajouter les matelas du canapé pour pouvoir à peu près dormir. Une honte pour un hôtel dont la principale fonction est quand même de dormir, rappelons le... rien que pour ça, ça ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.
