Muy amables sus trabajadores, hotel renovado y lindo. Desayuno básico rico

Cons:

Queda sobre una vía principal y no tiene parqueadero propio lo cual hace que no se pueda parquear vehículo nunca en el hotel, siempre se necesita llevar el carro al parqueadero que queda justo a la vuelta de la manzana, el hecho que esté en la vía principal hace que desde la habitación se escuchen sonidos de carro por el tráfico. Habitación muy pequeña. El desayuno realmente no es buffet (si es rico)

Great little gem!
Pros:

Very central and well located, excellent staff, reception was great, breakfast was very tasty and the cleaning and laundry service very efficient.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours with loud music or television, but the reception team quickly dealt with this and helped me move to an upgraded and quiet room.

Excelente hotel, con buena atención y relación costo - beneficio

La ubicación del hotel en el mejor sector de Bucaramanga, con oferta gastronómica y centros comerciales cerca.

La atención de su personal, muy atentos, te ayudan con las maletas desde el momento que llegas. Llegue en moto con mi pareja con un aguacero fuerte y nos suministraron una sombrilla desde el parqueadero hasta el hotel para no mojarnos.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias, y con todo lo necesario para hacer una estadía agradable y confortable.
