Pros:

El hotel es realmente hermoso, la decoración de cada espacio, los detalles, la habitación super amplia y cómoda.
Está muy bien ubicado, todo está cerca.
Pero lo que destacó por sobre todo es la amabilidad de todo el personal, te hacen sentir como en tu casa y están atentos a cada detalle para que tú estadía sea inolvidable.
Lo super recomiendo!

La ubicación excelente, en el corazón del centro histórico. Fácil acceso a todo, lo haces caminando y super seguro por la noche.
El personal de 10 muy atento a todo y siempre predispuesto.
La vista desde las terrazas y el jacuzzi excelente

Lamentablemente, y sin ser culpa del hotel, al lado hay una discoteca que funciona todas las noches y es super ruidosa.
El agua caliente era difícil encontrarle el punto.

El hotel esta decorado de una forma excelente, muy lindo todo.
La vista desde las terrazas y especialmente desde el jacuzzi son increíbles.
Y el personal super amable, muy atentos en todo lo que necesitabamos

Cons:

Sin ser culpa del hotel, lamentablemente, al lado hay una discoteca que funciona todas las noches, super ruidoso es muy molesto para dormir.
Y las escaleras no son para cualquiera, jaja un diseño raro

Está bien ubicado, en el barrio Getsemaní, pero cerca de la ciudad amurallada. Caminable. La disposición del personal, excelente, especialmente Candelaria, que nos ayudó en todo. La habitación que nos tocó es preciosa aunque las cerca de la calle pueden ser bulliciosas. El desayuno es muy bueno y la intimidad y esmero en la decoración del hotel

Un día se cortó la.luz y había que esperar al día siguiente a que viniera el técnico. Nos ofrecieron otra habitación pero estaba frente a la calle y era bulliciosa. Finalmente el servicio se repuso, así que no tuvimos necesidad. Igualmente el personal se portó muy bien

Cons:

部屋は3階でしたがエレベーターがなく、たまたま荷物が少なかったので良かったですが大きなスーツケースの場合は上げ下げに相当苦労します。トイレの水の流れが悪く下水の臭いがかすかにします。シャワーは冷水ではありませんでしたが熱いという訳でもなく微妙な温度でした。隣が酒類を提供する店で夜間騒音がうるさい場合あり

Kaum Nachtruhe möglich.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ansprechend gestaltet und in einem guten Zustand.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und täglich mit wechselndem warmen Gericht angeboten.
Die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und schönen Stadtteilen günstig bzw fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Manko an dieser Unterkunft ist die extreme Lärmbelästigung durch eine angrenzende Diskothek, sowie zwei weiteren Clubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht nur dass man die Bässe in den Zimmern bis spät in die Nacht hört, zudem versammeln sich viele Besucher vor dem Haus mit lauten Gesprächen. Nachtruhe auch mit Ohropax ist kaum möglich. Dieses Problem wurde auch von anderen Besuchern schon beschrieben. Eine Änderung ist wohl nicht zu erwarten. Unerfreulicherweise wurde am Samstag früh ab 6.30h mit lauten Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel begonnen. Damit hätte man auch etwas später beginnen können! Sorgen bereitet mir auch die Sicherheit bzgl. der Fluchtwege, da die Ausgangstür verschlossen ist und der Schlüssel nicht für jeden Mitarbeiter sofort verfügbar war.
