Vi, 2 pers åt denna rätt, fick efter påpekande nya portioner, som var ok. Dock blev middagen inte som vi tänkt oss.

A Disappointment!

I liked your gift/food shop.

Cons:

A lot! We were last at your hotel in the 1980's. It was really good then so we have something to compare it to.
1. The "suite" living room was difficult to move in once the sofa bed was out. Latter is too large for the room.
2. The 16 stairs in staircase to loft are steep and dangerous. All three of us were somewhat shocked that your hotel is allowed to have them. I only ventured halfway up them once - and never again.
3. The inside dining room has potential, but when we were seated the table had not been set yet. No plates, glasses, or silverware. We had to ask for them! The servers were not able to answer basic questions about the menu.
4. There is a sort of overall dingy look that does not serve you well.
5. The reception desk is sort of squeezed into the bar. Not sure why because there is certainly room for a separate section. When we arrived, I wasn't sure initially if I was speaking to Reception personnel or asking the bartender for a drink.
6. Virtually no place to hang your clothes for a room said to hold 3 plus guests. I think there were 3 hangars on a tiny rod in front of the ironing board. Wow!
7. While personnel are certainly polite there is an air of informality that shows up as unprofessionalism.
8. There are many opportunities for improvement.
