El spa es muy pequeno para un hotel de estas caracteristicas y pretendida puntuacion. Los chorros de agua de la piscina climatizada no andaban

Durante mi estadia de dos días hicieron una prueba del generador y dejo de funcionar el aire acondicionado y el Internet. No tuve wifi en la habitación y había ido por trabajo. Pese a dejar el auto en la explanada del hotel que se puede dejar sin costo, me obligaron a dejar las llaves del auto diciendo que solo lo moverían en caso de una emergencia y pese a estar la explanada vacía y ninguna emergencia en cuanto deje las llaves se llevaron el auto a la cochera sin avisar

La experiencia fue muy buena desde la llegada. Fuimos en auto desde Buenos Aires y el hotel tiene estacionamiento sin costo en la puerta, lo cual es muy cómodo. A la noche estaba completo, pero nos ofrecieron como cortesía el estacionamiento pago, un detalle que suma mucho.
La habitación es moderna, cómoda y con una vista espectacular al río y la ciudad. Todo muy limpio y bien mantenido.
El desayuno es excelente, servido en un piso alto con una vista increíble y en un ambiente muy lindo.
El área de piletas también se destaca: una cubierta y otra descubierta, ambas muy buenas y con vistas que elevan la experiencia.
La atención del personal fue siempre muy amable y predispuesta. Además, la ubicación es buena, con varias opciones para comer cerca.

Es caro para lo que te ofrecen. Faltan cosas en los detalles ( teniendo en cuenta lo que te cobran ). Por ejemplo si pagas más de usd170 la noche no te pueden dar un té en un vaso de tergopol!! O cobrarte una capsula de café en la habitación. La habitación entiendo que es depende el precio que puedas pagar pero realmente es chica, la vista increíble eso sí.
El restaurant es de calidad y el servicio excelente. Recomiendo cenar ahí.

poca variedad en la carta de room service
Pésima experiencia. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y fue imposible dormir. Mi intención era descansar para una jornada laboral compleja que empezaba a las 6 a.m., y el hotel falló en lo más básico: garantizar el sueño del huésped. Una falta de mantenimiento inaceptable que afectó directamente mi trabajo.
Room was comfortable and clean, the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast saloon is super nice and there is a nice terrace. The employees at the reception were super helpful too.
The sauna they say it's 24hs available at 70 degrees but its hardly 50, so doesn't work much like a sauna, and seems very old and needs maintenance, it makes noises every time you move a cm. The internal pool are is super nice but very noisy, there is lot of echo. Also the external pool the water was so hot that was like a jacuzzi and some of the glasses are dirty and ruin the view.
