B2 Mountain Pano Residence Chiang Mai

Really nice, quiet area, friendly staff, clean comfortable room with a nice view ( 7th floor ). Only negative experience there was that an earthquake occured during my stay.

Very nice suite. A bit out of way but good for quiet.

The room was very clean and tidy. Great cooking facilities and felt very homie. It's a little bit far for a grab to come and get you but it's worth it for the peace and quiet. Only ten minutes from Maya Mall and central festival is 15minutes away.

Very quiet which I like , very clean most of all I feel like my safe house tiny area but secure room for me....but not much restaurants close by ...but with a scooter can manage I ll go back!

雖然地處交通不太方便的位置，但租車非常方便（飯店可以幫你聯絡租車公司）。房間很大、設備也很新、環境很清靜，是個可以得到充分休息和放鬆的地方，我很喜歡。

The rooms are beautiful. Big bright beautiful. Only two English channels on the tv both news. The front desk person doesn’t speak any English and tells you they aren’t interested in trying to communicate. When I contacted the company they sent a very kind man who did his best to make us happy. This hotel is considered to be out of town by the locals. I tried to to book a elephant day, the operator said they have hotel pick up. When the operator found out where we were staying they said we were to far out of town for pick up.

시설은 깨끗하고 저렴한 편임.
남쪽 방향에 공동묘지가 있어서 풍수지리 따지는 분들한테는 민감할 수도 있을것 같음, 주변에 들개가 많아서 자주 지들끼리 물어뜯고 싸우기도 함.
옆방에서 떠들면 다 들림.
주방이 따로 있어서 요리도 해먹을 수 있음.

The last day for my check out I ordered to reception a taxi at 8 AM to go to the airport but it didn’t come at that time . I was very panicked but I didn’t miss the plane because they call another taxi and fortunately my plane was delayed !!!

I rated this hotel at very good level. The hotel is clean, the staffs are friendly and the facility is new. It is common the public transport system is not as good as in big city however if you travel by your own car, staying in this hotel shouldnt be a problem. There is a tesco express in walking distance therefore convenient to get basic stuffs.

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff were very helpful. Its location is not great and not near many restaurants or shopping. Local food is nearby in markets and food carts - street food. Uber and taxis will need to get you anywhere else.

Room was good, it's very big clean new and comfort. But for the service we didn't know what the problem from the hotel or the hotel.com website. When I arrived to B2 hotel, they didn't let us go to the room because they didn't get the confirmation from the hotel.com website that we already booked. But We had my booking number to show to them and I had to explain many things to the B2 hotel. So They Checked something to the service that I didn't know and finally they let us to the room but it quite long time about 45 mins. We arrived quite late at night and we drove from Bangkok to Chiangmai. We were very tired. We wanted to take a rest.
