Ars-Hotel

Thank You for a convinience hotel. Metro was close by (about 500 meters). Picture of main entrance woild be nice (The entrance is on the railroad side). There was no bteakfast but on the next building really nicevdiner (столовая). The room was basic; one king size bed and two couches. Dishware was also included

호텔 간판이 작고 러시어어로 써있어서 찾기 힘들었네요. 건물 5층에 있는 호텔입니다. 엘베타고 5층에서 내려 반층 더올라가면 호텔로비 입니다. 가격대비 하루 머무르기에는 괜찬고 레닌그라드 역은 걸어가기 멀어요. 오층 와이파이 잘되고요.

Located at a residential area, close to 2 Metro & a train stations. The reception is located on the 5.5 floor & the rooms are on 5.5 & 6.5 floors (take elevator to the 5th/6th floors then use the stairs to get to the "half" floors). The reception lady doesn't speak English but we are able to communicate with smiles & gestures (some guests use Google Translate).
The room is clean & well kept. We got "upgraded" to a room with kitchenette. The building may looks old but we feel quite safe the whole time.
We will recommend this place.

Pretty awful. Uninviting, dated, awful entrance, I've honestly stayed in better hostels than this.

Nous avions besoin d'une chambre d'hôtel à la dernière minute(vers minuit) autour du quartier des gares de Moscou, et peu chère.
Chambre double pratique ac fenêtre, et sdb propre avec douche agréable.
Le seul problème extrêmement dur à localiser en pleine nuit, car dans un immeuble et trés peu d'indications!

建物の入り口からエレベーターで5階へ、呼び鈴でロック解除してフロントへ、という流れはチョット難しかったです。ただ、外の列車の音は気にならないのに、お隣の声がバッチリ聞こえるのは辛かったです。

Our stay in this hotel was excellent, yet there were three things that we didn't quite feel happy. First, the address given is not really well described. Once you get to the address you will encounter three windows and no door. Actually, you have to walk on the right side of the building and walk further in order to find the hotel. In our case, it was midnight and we were lost asking around with our broken Russian, after more than 30 mins in the isolated area (at night) a Russian lady from a nearby hotel help us. 2nd. So finally, at 1am we manage to get to the hotel just to find that the hotel didn't have any rooms available even though we had a reservation for 5 nights. 3. Well after all the blablabla, we were sent to a nearby hotel for the night which was actually not up to the same quality as Ars hotel. Besides all this unfortunate events upon our arrival, the lady at the front desk, whom was there the night we arrived, was supppperr helpful and nice at all time. Her english is very limited so we managed to communicate using Google translate. Upon our arrival the next day she offered us to choose between two rooms. They were pretty much the same with a different window view but that was a nice move from her. Our stay there for the following 4 days was perfect! Location is good since you have two metro stations within 5 min walking distance and you can easily walk to the city center in 30 mins. Kitchen is equipped with the basics but useful to cook pasta and make tea.

we spent amazing time in this hotel: excellent about position (near the red metro' s stop, which is the central), don't be afraid if you don't look it immediately, it is in a close street, there next.
Our room was nice and spacious, clear.
Receptionist can't speak English language.
If you want breakfast remember to reserve it the day before, it isn't inclusive.

Super séjour, le personnel est très accueillant !

鉄道駅、地下鉄駅、バス停からも近く、移動に便利。近くにスーパーもあり、生活用品も容易に揃えられる。部屋はとても狭く、圧迫感があるが、清潔でまともな水圧の温水シャワーも完備されており、不便さは感じない。ベッドもとても小さいので体の大きな方には不向き。

뭐 그냥 저냥 잘만했습니다. 하지만 체크인할때 예약한것을 주인이 몰라서 실랑이가 있었습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요. 욕실도 나쁘지 않았고.. 다만 4만원이나 할 방은 아니었던것 같아요. 2만 5천원 정도면 적당하지 않았나 싶네요

Хороший новый отель, расположенный в центре города, недалеко парк, станция метро, жд вокзалы. Отель только открылся, в номерах новая мебель. Чисто, светло, уютно.

Выспался!!!
