Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstück war standartmäßig , die Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett + hilfsbereit , die Lage ist gut . Ein altes Hotel mit Geschichte und normaler Ausstattung .

Cons:

Die Treppe zum Hotelleingang sollte dringend instandgesetzt werden ( unterspülte, gelockerte und dadurch schräg sitzende Steinstufen ) . Für uns kein Problem , es könnte jedoch für einige Menschen eine Stolpergefahr darstellen .

Pros:

Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min in der Fußgängerzone von Karlsbad.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen musste man aus 2 Gerichten auswählen und ein Salatbuffet gab es nicht wirklich. Es gab lediglich 2 Salate.

Vynikající volba.
Pros:

Znovu perfektní. Rádi se tam vracíme. Vynikající místo, soukromí, výhled, balkon. Nemusíte žádat o nic. Vše na místě. Čisto. A moc děkujeme personálu i majitelce.

V popise maju parkovisko no v skutocnosti maju iba 3 ktore boli samozrejme obsadene takze treba si priplatit za parkovanie 1km od hotela...ak by toto parkovisko bolo plne dalsie je cca 2-3 km...

Pros:

Lokalita dokonalá. Česká recepční vstřícná, milá, ta se tak vymykala ostatnímu personálu, že to vypadalo, že se tam vyskytla omylem.

Cons:

Nepřipravené místo na parkování, večeře na úrovni školní jídelny, neprofesionalita recepční mluvící s přízvukem. Ve vaně chyběl špunt. Tedy pokud chcete v koupelně vanu, tak ji máte, ale asi je třeba dopředu upozornit, že si tu vanu budete chtít napustit. U večeře k pití voda a džus, koupit si k ní lze pouze plzeňské pivo , nealko nic.

Lokalita podle mě ideální. Blízko k Thermalu i na kolonádu. Snídani bych hodnotila jako podprůměrnou. Většina personálu byla velmi milá.

Cons:

Snídaně - malý výběr, žádné sladké pečivo. Odpadkové koše na wc a v koupelně.
