Dear General Manager,

In light of the circumstances described in my complaint, I am formally requesting appropriate financial compensation.

This request is not based solely on the electrical failure. It reflects the cumulative impact of the entire experience: the initial discrepancy between the room booked and the room provided, the electrical failure lasting for more than two hours, the failure to provide a timely alternative, the inappropriate response from reception, the absence of a manager despite my explicit request, the unnecessary escalation of the situation, and the lack of appropriate assistance in transferring our belongings.

Most importantly, this experience caused significant distress, frustration and disruption to me and my family during what was intended to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a five-star hotel.

I therefore request:

• An appropriate financial refund or reduction of our accommodation charges for the affected stay;

• Additional compensation reflecting the serious inconvenience, distress and loss of enjoyment experienced by my family as a result of the way this matter was handled;

• A formal written apology from the hotel management; and

• A written response from the General Manager setting out the hotel's proposed resolution and compensation.

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and amicably with Hotel Krallerhof. However, I expressly reserve all of my rights in relation to the accommodation and services provided and the consequences arising from this incident.

I request that management provide its formal response and proposed compensation at the earliest opportunity.

Hotel incroyable !
Pros:

Service et accueil digne d’un 5 étoiles. Mix entre architecture traditionnelle et modernité du spa totalement incroyable
L’espace bien être très vaste et les équipements sont très beaux. L’infinity pool chauffée est «  amazing »

hotel je neskutočný vďaka welnesu a bazenov. posilňovňa uplne na vsetko. a aj ranajky velmi na úrovni od výmyslu sveta

personál sa este má čo ucit. samozrejme česť výnimkám.
ked sme prisli, pani na recepcii bola nepríjemná.. ale zas ked sme odchádzali tak tá pani vymazala prvotný nepríjemný dojem. v restauracii sme mali asi začiatočníka čašníka na veceru, nevedel nic. ani sme uz na veceru nechodili v hoteli.. personál by sa mohol aspon odzdravit, ked uz pozdraví na prvú… ale ok, hotel a služby vynikajúce.

Beautiful location, fantastic wellness and spa facilities with great treatments, cool and modern rooms, and plenty of activities in and around the hotel.

Cons:

Fairly large property. For a 5-star hotel, the overall service didn’t feel particularly attentive, possibly due to the guest-to-staff ratio. There were noticeable waiting times at breakfast and the bar, and the arrival experience could have been smoother. Breakfast was okay but not exceptional. The overall atmosphere also didn’t feel particularly high-end to me. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet luxury experience, this might not be the best choice.

nowa strefa spa, która jest wykorzystywana jako wizytówka hotelu i bardzo mocno komunikowana, co może przysłaniać w jakim stanie jest sam hotel. Stary, nieremontowany od lat, absolutnie nie powinien być hotelem 5 gwiazdkowym.

hotel jest stary i nie mam nic wspólnego z hotelem 5 gwiazdkowym, co czyni stosunek ceny do jakości w kosmicznej rozbieżności. taka cena nie jest warta za dostęp do ładnego spa, ale nadal tylko spa, wyposażenie jak w każdym innym hotelu. za taką cenę za noc w pobliżu w Austrii jest znacznie więcej ciekawych obiektów pod każdym względem, piękne pokoje, spa, świetne restauracje.
