Cons:

Da experiência de não ter àgua no banheiro. Tive a péssima experiência de chegar da praia e não ter àgua no quarto. Tive que dormir cheia de areia e sal. O problema só foi resolvido as 3:40 HS da manhã. Acho que no mínimo o hotel poderia ter oferecido algum desconto na diária.

Cons:

Even noted before that we had no garage to park the var, to go with family, kids included, and park the car by the street wasnt not the best choise.
Anyway. there is a lot more plys than minus at the hotel

Bom, mas bem abaixo das expectativas.
Pros:

A localização era dentro do que precisávamos.
O café da manhã foi bom e fomos bem atendidos.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto era péssima. Nunca vi um banheiro com iluminação tão ruim. Nos hospedamos lá pois tínhamos um evento para ir, e foi praticamente impossível conseguir me maquiar.
Apesar de silencioso de uma forma geral, acordei no outro dia com barulhos que me pareciam vir da limpeza do andar de cima.
A academia não é boa, então não é um diferencial.
Acredito que pelo valor cobrado, deveriam ser muito melhores. Não é um local que eu escolheria para me hospedar novamente.
