Great Hotel.. Incredible value..
Pros:

Has a two night stay here booked through Travelzoo and have to say this Hotel is a gem.
1) Location.
Its right in the heart of everything Chester, The River Dee is a five minute walk..the racecourse maybe ten .. It has a hop on / hop off bus stop right across the road so you can see the whole city without having to walk more than 50 yards. Restaurants are everywhere so a short stroll for that.
2)
The rooms are a good size ..superb sleep quality. Nice bathroom with a decent shower. Tea and coffee making facilities too.
3)
They say that breakfast here is the best in Chester. Couldn't argue. Great continental selection with a first class hot selection.
4)
Staff . Excellent throughout and very eager to please and assist.
5)
Value for money.
For what we paid the Townhouse was a steal.
Would we return here ? In a flash.. Cannot wait for our next visit. Comes highly recommended. Enjoy !

Pros:

Very friendly staff, great welcome. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. I forgot toothpaste, and I could buy some very cheap from the reception - great inclusion! All smart TV apps were available, great to watch YouTube, BBC IPlayer etc. on the room TV.

Cons:

A 'Do Not Disturb' sign would be great to have in the room. Also, shower takes a bit of time to warm up. Gave the water a minute or so to warm, but it didn't, so stepped in to the cool water thinking it wouldn't get hotter, but it got extremely hot!

Charming, simple , lovely staff
Pros:

Great location close to centre and Little Rodeo car park where you can park overnight . Rita on Reception was great , friendly and patient ( when my key stopped working and I'd been up and down 3 sets of stairs 😀 ). Felt safe, homely and welcoming.

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs to my room ( room 8) only really a problem with bags on a hot day and when key not working .

Too hot, no sleep.
Pros:

Good location, comfy beds, lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Given a family room on the 5th floor, had one tiny window that was open, and a fan in the room but it was soo hot I did not sleep at all. No air conditioning in the room.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic, especially the lady with the blonde hair who was working the breakfast. She is a credit to this hotel. The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The location was great too. Would definitely go again!

Cons:

No air conditioning but a fan was provided and also no fridge in the room. Other than that, fantastic
