Objekat je vrlo čist , osoblje jako ugodno.

Cons:

Stvar koja mi se nije svjedjela a to je velika buka , prozori kao da ni ne postoje , izolacija je jako loša.

Totalno razocarenje
Pros:

Ovaj put nista, nazalost, osim sto je objekat bio relativno cist.

Cons:

Soba koju smo dobili bila je za 1 osobu, a nas je bilo dvoje plus mala beba. Krevetac za bebu je fakticki stajao pored wc-a jer je soba bila premala. Krevetcje bio velicine 140cm,sto je inace krevet za jednu osobu. Kada smo se pozalili osoblje je bilo uporno u tome da na bookingu pise velicina sobe i da sam tu sobu rezervirala. Sve i da jesam da je osoblje odgovorno i normalno poslalo bi mi upit da li sam sigurna da zelim ovu sobu obzirom da nas je dvoje plus beba, te da velicina sobe i kreveta NE odgovara. Pritom soba je bila u prizemlju hotela sto znaci da bi svaki dan uz 20-ak stepenica trebala penjati i spuststi kolica obzirom da objekat nema lift. Strasno neprofesionalno (obzirom da smo u hotelu bili predhodno gosti vec 4 puta). Hotel smo napustili jer cijena ne oravdava kvalitet. Pritom parking mjesto je takodjer upitno odnosno nema ga! Prepunun parking.
Decko na recepciji izuzetno ljubazan. Menadzeru hitno da se uplati makar kurs "Menadzment kvaliteta".

Pros:

The receptionist was extremely pleasant.

Cons:

They pointed out three things in the room that I didn't break and made me pay for them. If I had broken them, no problem. But I didn't even use the hair dryer and fan they mentioned.

Their position is that I should have noticed all the room defects and reported them. If I didn't do that (didn't inspect the room myself for damage before checking in), I have to pay.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant; this was the manager's decision, with whom she was in contact by phone.

Keep this in mind when checking into this hotel: any old room damage that you didn't cause may be your responsibility.
