Elissa Lifestyle Beach Resort – Adults Only

Hotel Elissa provided an outstanding holiday experience. We were accommodated in a beautiful Deluxe Seaview Swim-up room. We had the opportunity to indulge in exceptional cuisine, an impressive selection of wines and cocktails, enchanting live music, and DJs playing laid-back bar grooves.

Staff were excellent and always so helpful and accommodating. Hotel itself was immaculate and the facilities were great in an extremely relaxing setting.

Unreal stay!
The staff were brilliant, the food was unreal, and it was extremely peaceful.
Little touches like taking your suitcases on arrival and making your room ready for bed when you came back from dinner, really made the stay the best.

The size of the resort was well spaced out!
It was truly relaxing .

The hotel was very well presented and clean. Many pools to choose from which was beneficial because although it is an adults only hotel, the main pool attracted a very young, party crowd which was quite off putting for our taste. However, the smaller pools were a lot quieter and more to our taste.

Service in the room was very adhoc, sometimes it was at 8am - sometimes 4pm. Turn down service also seemed to be very random, you either get it or you don’t. We did also have a random knock at the door at 10:30pm to ask if we wanted more towels?!

The restaurants on offer were great but note that they get booked up very quickly so I’d recommend booking those asap.

Taxis were easy to get outside of the hotel and it was close enough to the Old Town and New Town.

The hotel bar was also quite ‘clubby’ and had loud heavy music, again not really our style.

Rooms were lovely and spacious.

Spa facilities were also really great and had a lot to choose from.

Overall I would recommend the hotel to a young couple / group of friends - but perhaps not for a couple that are looking to relax in a serene adults only environment.

Lovely resort, all inclusive was amazing!

Die Hotelanlage war super, sehr groß und schön, der Blick auf das Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider gab es mehrere Probleme mit unserem Zimmer und dem Service. Unsere Minibar hat seit Tag 1 nicht funktioniert. Nach 10 x nachfragen und viel Nachdruck wurde die Minibar dann am 4 Tag ausgewechselt. Des weiteren Schließen die Türen nicht richtig, man muss wirklich viel Kraft aufwenden. Dadurch waren die Türen in unserem Gang sowie auch bei uns, des Öfteren noch offen, nachdem das Putzpersonal oder ein Servicemitarbeiter im Zimmer war. Dadurch konnte jeder der wollte einfach in das Zimmer gehen, was wir auch angesprochen hatten, es hat sich aber nie einer darum gekümmert. Ich habe einen Cesar Salat auf unser Zimmer bestellt und auch das war eine Enttäuschung, er bestand nur aus Salatblättern und ein wenig geschnittenem Schinken, kein Dressing, kein Hähnchen und kein Parmesan. Nachdem wir das angesprochen hatten bekam ich einen neuen, der genauso aussah. Nur diesmal war ein Dressing dabei, seperat und es schmeckte nach gar nichts. Ich erwarte bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel etwas anderes. Aus irgendeinem Grund dachten auch alle Mitarbeiter beim Essen das wir kein AI haben und sagten uns jedes mal das wir upgraden müssten um zu essen, nachdem sie dann immer nachgeguckt haben, sahen sie erst das wir doch Allinklusive haben. Das Essen am Buffet war dafür sehr Lecker und die Coktails waren auch gut. Leider war der Urlaub nur halb erholsam, da man sich die hälfte der Zeit nur geärgert hat.

Gün içinde ne zaman istersek oda temizliğimiz yapıldı. Kafanızı çevirdiğiniz her yer havuz. Havuz başında barlar var. Her şey çok keyifli. Açık büfe kahvaltı hizmeti güzeldi. Ürünler kaliteli. Şikayet adı altında bahsedebileceğimiz tek şey çarşafların ekşi kokusuydu. Onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi, her şey kusursuzdu. Teşekkür ederiz.

A surreal & amazing hotel! Absolutely beautiful grounds, views, delicious food, drinks and exceptional customer service ! I can’t wait to stay again

We've not stayed at many resorts but were sucked in by the "luxury with tranquillity" and "adults only" marketing. Unfortunately that's all it is - marketing hype. A few good things - the food at the restaurants (although impossible to get reservations) + the sommelier Anastasia were stand outs. Cocktails were also exceptional; most of the team at the pool were great, there was an incident or two when we had to wait for them to finish their conversations before we were served, and the breakfast team also great.

The Bad: There's no feeling of being valued guests, no recommendations of local sights / restaurants at check in. At the main pool, life guards were more interested in chatting up groups of young women on a party holiday than following up on the large groups of Israeli youths throwing each other in to the pool. The beach is not private (just sun beds) + you're sharing it with rather loud resorts blaring music all day, and screaming children running down the beach. There's no tranquility; music blaring from the beach, the main pool, and the surrounding bars (bring headphones!). Obnoxious guests taking video calls w/o headphones in the bar and in the restaurants; large groups of young men playing their own music at the pool or watching videos without headphones. A trolley outside our room. Room towels of quite poor quality, and often there was no bath mat. Guests reserving sun loungers, despite it not being allowed. So. Many. Influencers. Not really adults only.

Problème de bruit pour les chambres qui sont prêt du bar mais nous avons pu en changer
En, revanche déçus par la petite plage qui n'a aucun charme avec vue sur les hôtels
je dirais par expérience que l'hôtel correspond plus à un 4 étoiles

Es war total schön ! Zimmer waren sauber !

Fantastic hotel… one of the best we have ever stayed in… All the staff without exception are really friendly and genuinely happy and nothing was too much trouble..the hotel is well laid out with numerous pools which means that there is no overcrowding..everything feels brand new and is spotlessly clean.. very classy
The private beach is easily accessible and sandy..
