In general, I would recommend this place, and will come back when visiting Krakow again.
Pros:

The location is excellent, walking distance from the old town, has a store also really close. The instructions and communication was clear, fast and helpful even with the parking (parking space is a big plus). It is a great place to stay for a few nights when visiting the city and the neighbouring towns.

Cons:

Some deep cleaning would be great eg. limescale build ups in the bathroom, but that doesn’t change the way we liked the place.

Bendroje sumoje viskas patenkinama.
Pros:

Arti senamiestis ir nemokamas parkingas.

Cons:

Kanalizacijos kvapas. Paklodė lovoje per maža. Laiptinės sargas (ar tas, kuris atsakingas) vieną vakarą neatrakino laiptinės durų, teko eiti per garažą.

В цілому сподобалось, бажано замінити матрац, відновити сушарку, замінити батарейки на пульті
Pros:

Ідеальне розташування, зручно та легко заїжджати та виїжджати, смачні сніданки, чисто, комфортна площа для двох осіб, кондиціонер, тепло за необхідністю регульовані, велика тераса, все є необхідне для проживання на мін.термін

Cons:

Сушарка для рушників не працює від регулювання (слабо теплі коли вмикаєш гарячу воду), телевізор не працює від пульта (можливо сіли батарейки), ліжко невелике і пружини від матрацу відчуваються!

La grandeur de l’appartement et la salle de bain avec machine à laver

La Tv où nous avons pu nous connecter à Netflix
Juste devant vous avez tout ce qu’il faut : café , kebab , restaurant , super marché, train, tramway… et à 400 mètres le plus grand centre commercial de Kraków !

De ne pas avoir de volet ou de rideau plus occultant car la lumière du jour nous réveillez très très tôt

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The place was well equiped, the staff was amazing for everything you need, the parking was also great.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like, is that the bed was not very comfortable. The mattress is not convinient, is very soft in a low position and the sleep wasn't so good. With a better mattress everything will be perfect!

Great location and good value.
Pros:

Good location (right outside station) and less than 10 mins to main square. Easy check-in. Area felt safe. Nice to sit in the sun on the balcony.

Cons:

Bedroom space a bit limited - sore shins after hitting bed frame.
