Pros:

Lamentablemente por un problema con otra aplicación y otra reserva, llegamos ya de noche, no pudimos disfrutar de todas las instalaciones. Pero el lugar es hermoso!!!!

Pros:

La dueña o recepcionista no tiene buen trato el desayuno pobre muy básico y controlándote que vas consumir desayunador chico por la capacidad de gente. No saber atentos ni te miran la cara para saludar por mi experiencia no vuelvo a ese hotel.

Horrible la atención. de parte del personal encargado. Se dirigió a nosotros (y a otros huéspedes, porque presencie las situaciones) de manera IRRESPETUOSA, no se puede decir de otro modo. Había funcionalidades incluidas en el la habitación (por las cuales uno paga) que no funcionaban, ante el reclamos, el encargado respondió de manera vulgar, arrogante y faltando el respeto de los clientes. Es una lastima, porque el hotel es lindo y la ubicación es excelente, pero la atención lo ARRUINA todo.

Recommended. Location X3. Towels provided for pool. Beach Chairs and Umbrella were available. Hair dryer. Can see the ocean from breakfast room. Need place to store luggage if arriving early or leaving late due to a regulation they could not provide this courtesy service. Supermarkets everywhere and nice unstocked refrigerator in room. Relatively quiet. Many nice birds. Pool exceptionally clean. Hot tub clean, nice and hot.

FUIMOS CON LA IDEA DE PASAR UN FIN DE AÑO SOÑADO PERO NOS ENCONTRAMOS CON UN LUGAR DEPRIMENTE. LAS FOTOS NO REFLEJAN LA REALIDAD PARECE QUE LOS CLIENTES DE HOTELS.COM SOMOS DE SEGUNDA.
NOS ALOJARON EN UN BLOQUE ANTIGUO DONDE NUESTRA HABITACIÓN ERA UNA OFICINA COMERCIAL REFORMADA. LA CAMA EN LA ENTRADA ASÍ QUE APENAS ABRÍAS LA PUERTA DE LA CALLE TE ENCONTRABAS CON LA CAMA. NO PODÍAMOS ABRIR LAS CORTINAS PORQUE DESDE LA CALLE SE VEÍA TODO. LOS ELECTRODOMÉSTICOS NO EXISTÍAN, LA PAVA ERA UNA DE ALUMINIO DEL SIGLO PASADO, COMO TODAS LAS OLLAS ANTIGUAS. SOLICITAMOS DOS COPAS DE CHAMPAGNE PARA BRINDAR EL 31 Y FUERON NEGADAS.
EL SERVICIO MALO. SOLICITAMOS DOS TURNOS PARA EL SPA Y NOS CONTESTARON 24 HORAS DESPUÉS QUE YA TENÍAMOS OTROS COMPROMISOS.

Lo mejor es la pileta climatizada y ubicación. La heladera no funciona bien, los muebles de la cocina están viejos, el desayuno lo que notamos que el jugo de naranja es simple, la chocolatada medio vaso.

No lo recomendamos hay mejor oferta en Valeria.
Pros:

No tenían agendada la Reserva. Fueron amables y bien dispuestos. Nos brindaron hospedaje, pero el hotel en general NO es bueno. Por circuito de Spa hay que pagar. Igualmente TODO es de baja calidad. No volveremos, No lo recomendamos. HAY MEJORES POR EL MISMO VALOR
