The surrounding area is not the best
Great location. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Great massage on the ground floor of the hotel. Breakfast on the rooftop, with a choice of menus (several options). Surprisingly, you can only choose one - coffee, tea or juice.
Perhaps more cleanliness in the rooms. The shower and some of the furniture could be replaced. 3% plus card payment, common in Laos but a bit unusual.
Really spacious one bedroom apartment, well furnished and very clean. The breakfast was good with a choice of Western and Asian food. The cafe also offers evening meals but best was a sundowner watching the sunset over the city and Mekong.
Location was good easy walk to many restaurants, we particularly liked the Italian restaurant diagonally opposite. The Office Bar down the road was also good.

Breakfast was not that good had only 6 items off a menu to choose from and only one very small cup of coffee if you wanted more it will cost you more
