Cons:

Synd med ytterligare en högljudd krog i närheten. Men det är förstås oundvikligt med det centrala läget och volymen på musiken skruvades ner inte allt för sent. Förstår fördelarna med att dela frukost med grannhotellet, men utbudet är något sämre än tidigare även om det fortfarande är bra. Saknar dock bland annat morgontidningen.

Problem med att få varmvatten i dusch och handfat. Trots att jag lät vattnet rinna i flera minuter.

Trevligt och personligt hotell med små detaljer som gör att man känner sig välkommen. Fantastiskt god frukost med hembakat bröd och många tillbehör med lokal anknytning. Personalen på hotellet var mycket trevlig. Det fanns kaffe och hembakad kaka. Jag är mycket nöjd.

Cons:

Läget var perfekt, mitt i centrala Östersund men både fredagnatt och lördagsnatt så skriker berusade personer ute på gågatan. Sängarna var lite för mjuka för mig. På övervåningen var det någon som gick fram och tillbaka på morgonen i säkert en timme. Vi skulle titta på nyhetsmorgon medan vi gjorde oss iordning på morgonen. Det gick inte att se på tv:n eftersom uppkopplingen inte fungerade.

Bra centralt läge. Nära till allt. Trevlig personal i receptionen som lyfter upp betyget. Bra med tillgång till fika. Frukosten på det lokala konditoriet inslag som var väldigt trevligt och gott.

Cons:

Lyhört hotell. Man hör mellan rummen, ut i korridoren när folk går in och ut genom entredörren och när städpersonal pratar. Även väldigt lyhört ut mot gatan. Hade det varit en lördagkväll med massa folk ute på gatan hade man behövt öronproppar. Väldigt slitet rum och inredning. Mycket stora flagor av färg på väggarna som håller på o ramla av. Slitna möbler framförallt fåtöljerna. Det fina trägolvet var slitet efter att gäster gått in med broddar. Rummen hade verkligen behövts en uppdatering. Synd på en sån vacker byggnad.
