Nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was tasty, staff were very friendly, super helpful if you needed any assistance. Option for tours that we didn’t take but nice there is the offer. Rooms were very large and nicely done the balcony really topped it off. Would recommend to anyone wanting a short stay in Nuwara Eliya

Nice Hotel, well appointed, and nice, cozy room. Clean and wonderful hot shower. It's a bit of a walk into town, but easily manageable.
Staff were very supportive and friendly. I arrived earlier and they arranged the room before the scheduled time to let me relax as i came from a long trip. Thank you very much.! Staff cooked delicious breakfast and on the second day they made sure that the breakfast was ready by 7.15 a.m. so i can leave early. Room was spacious and hot water was instant. Had a great time there and thank you very much everyone for making my stay a nice one!

Rock hotel exceeded our expectations on every level.The Staff warm and helpful,and the hotel itself is exceptional.The location is perfect if you prefer to stay away from the overly crowded areas.its very closely Gregory Lake also.The dining experience was superb..we enjoyed their play area.we loved every moment of the week we spent here Thank you for make our stay wonderful
