Excellent location, right in the city center, close to museums, the sea, and restaurants. The young woman at the reception was very friendly and polite. The food and the service at the restaurant on the ground floor was top!

The young woman at the reception was very friendly and polite. I felt sorry seeing her constantly stand up whenever we entered to greet us. This completely clashes with the fact that their system is like a hostel and the reception does not operate at night. In other words, they try to impress by standing up, while their service and facilities are basically non-existent. Very inconsistent.

We checked into our room at 6 PM . Via messages on booking I asked several times if the late check out is possible but they kept avoiding the question till we asked at the reception when checking in about the possibility of checking out not at 11 AM but at 2 PM the next day (end of season, we assumed it wouldn’t be a problem), besides the hotel was practically empty but upon arrival we were told it would cost 30 euros. Shocking. We paid 60 euros for the night through a Booking.com discount instead of the standard 80. I will definitely not return to this hotel.

The room was dirty and poorly cleaned. The bathroom was all old, rusty, and broken. And you can even see!!! MOLD!!! See the photos. The bed, although large, had a very soft mattress, and I barely slept all night. Clearly the room needs renovation. The reception does not operate from 11 PM to 7 AM, and access to the hotel building is only possible via code (perhaps we missed this information on Booking.com?). If I had known in advance how things would be, I would not have stayed here even for free and especially not for this one night that was so important for us to relax and sleep properly!

Non ho usufruito della colazione non compresa nel prezzo e per la quale mi sono stati chiesti 15 euro

Il ricevimento è praticamente inesistente, la pulizia insufficiente per numero di ditate su porte e specchi e odore di polvere delle lenzuola.
Sia nel soggiorno di fine settembre che in questo ho dimenticato due oggetti che non sono stati ritrovati.
Nel primo soggiorno la camera aveva vista sulla vasca idromassaggio del terrazzo e la distanza tra il letto e la porta di accesso al bagno obbligava a mettersi di profilo. Nel secondo soggiorno la vista invece era sull’ascensore panoramico dell’hotel vicino, nessuna privacy. Gli odori di cucina del vicino ristorante sono imbarazzanti. L’altro hotel del gruppo Island è meglio ma non c’è trasparenza sul sistema di prenotazione e si viene dirottati su questo hotel senza sceglierlo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend und das Frühstück selbst mit einheimischen Produkten versehen. Die Suite war geräumig mit Balkon.

Cons:

Leider ist es abends außerhalb des Hauses recht laut.

Εξαιρετικό! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Στην καλύτερη περιοχή της πόλης για διαμονή χειμώνα-καλοκαίρι, είτε έρχεσαι για διακοπές, είτε για δουλειές. Είσαι κοντά σε εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά, αξιοθέατα και θάλασσα. Επίσης αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο, το παρκάρισμα δεν είναι τόσο δύσκολο, όσο σε άλλα σημεία της πόλης.
Δωμάτιο άνετο και πολύ καθαρό, το πρωινό χορταστικό και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
