Pros:

本館と南館がありスタッフに尋ねたところ本館は70年前にオープンしたとのこと　長崎市の歴史を山の上から見てきたホテルですね　本館の最上階から見える夜景は一見の価値ありです　
部屋の水回りが古いので大浴場を利用しました　本館の大浴場は展望浴場で眺望はいいですが狭くて5人ほどでシャワーが埋まります　南館の大浴場はとても広くで清潔感があります
スタッフの方はどなたも親切で感じが良いと思いました　風頭山のてっぺんにあり長崎パスの終点です　旅気分は味わえます　バスがヘアピンカーブを曲がるところなんて最高です　ホテルから長崎駅までバスで送ってくれるのも良いサービスです

The view of Nagasaki was fantastic and they gave us free upgrade(so we could have a view). The hotel was a little old but very clean and now I can say I stayed at a hotel an Emperor stayed at!

夕ご飯が、和食コースになっていて優雅な気持ちで、また、特別ない時間を過ごしているのだなぁという気持ちでいただけました。品数も多く、お腹いっぱいになりました。
風呂は、大浴場で楽しみましたー。湯が柔らかく肌に優しいし、シャンプーバーがとても気に入ってしまいました。嬉しかったです。

とても景色がきれいで写真にあったまま、
感動しました。部屋は洋室に畳の部屋もあり、広々しています。加湿器もあって嬉しかったです。窓が大きいせいで、少し外の冷たい空気が入ってくるのですが、（２月でした）下半身を暖かくしていれば大丈夫です。もちろん暖房は入っていますが。食事のことはわかりませんが、とても良いホテルだと思います。
