Pros:

高知駅から徒歩圏内。

Cons:

サービスに全く見合わない値段設定(宿泊時一人1泊素泊り2万２千円以上)。入り口が階段でスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労した。建物裏から誰でもエレベーターに乗れてセキュリティが心配。感じの悪いスタッフ。建物が古く、間取りもウナギの寝床。隣の部屋や廊下の声が聞こえる。

残念
Pros:

外出時の荷物預かりは、とても助かりました。
スタッフさんにはお世話になりました。

Cons:

部屋の至る所が埃だらけで、喘息もちの私には苦しかったです。
空気清浄機の吹き出し口や、加湿器の水ボトルがカビていたり、掃除が行き届いていないのがとても残念でした。
