Ik wilde geen recensie schrijven maar na zoveelste herinnering toch maar gedaan .
Nadat we al geboekt èn betaald hadden kregen we een bericht dat er vanaf 4 april ( Paaszaterdag ) geen bemande receptie was . Dat maakt vaak niet zo uit , al vinden wij dat wel fijner anders hadden we wel iets anders geboekt .
Toen we aankwamen voelde de parkeerplaats zó niet goed om daar onze auto met bagage te stallen...
We konden dit aan niemand vragen en werden we dus ook niet gerustgesteld dat het wel goed zat .
Via berichen naar Happy Tower geen antwoord gekregen maar ook niet achteraf terwijl er al wel een bemande receptie zou moeten zijn .

Wij hebben ons verlies genomen en ergens anders overnacht waar het wèl goed voelde voor ons allebei .

Via booking zelf kregen we nog wel een bericht dat ze het zouden uitzoeken maar nog niets gehoord tnt

Ein Besuch in Krakau lohnt sich.
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal.

Cons:

Brötchen und Brot beim Frühstück alt und trocken.
Bar/Frühstücksraum ungemütlich
Vorraum unordentlich.
Zimmer sehr hellhörig, zur Straße hin sehr laut
Parkgebühr konnte nur bar bezahlt werden, keine Quittung erhalten, dadurch Probleme bei der Abfahrt.

Pros:

A localização é excelente. Dá para ir a pé aos principais pontos da cidade. Há um estacionamento perto que fica a 15€ por dia para deixar o carro. Na rua também existe mas é mais caro.

Cons:

Estivemos 3 dias e não arrumaram o quarto. O colchão é um pouco desconfortável. Tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha. Só tinha microondas.

Hotel inaffidabile e non all'altezza

Colazione non all'altezza. Qualità media, varietà pessima , pochissima scelta per un costo elevato

Cons:

La reception nel bar senza un vero responsabile cui fare riferimento. La stanza aveva il letto indegno; piccolissimo. Ho prenotato Auschwitz tramite l'albergo e pagato anticipatamente , una cifra altissima, ma fino qui era una nostra scelta per fare una visita con tutti i comfort. Siamo stati avvisati un giorno prima che non avevano i biglietti ( pagati anticipatamente , cari e non rimborsabili se fossimo stati noi ad annullare ) per cui hanno annullato il giro ad Auschwitz. Sono stato contattato direttamente dall'agenzia ; ma siccome ho fatto tutto tramite hotel il mio referente è l'hotel. Sto aspettando il rimborso, mi auguro arrivi, ( il tipo dell'agenzia - Artur- mi è sembrato una persona seria), ma comunque nel frattempo l'hotel ha chiuso la reception per la Pasqua fino a martedì... inaccettabile secondo me, neanche qualcuno con cui fare il punto o anche semplicemente lamentarmi

Non troppo Happy ma Ok
Pros:

la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro, le escursioni e il quartiere ebraico.

Cons:

non era molto pulito, il terzo letto (poltrona) non era comodissimo, presente una cucina ma c'era ben poco per poterne usufruire.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.Man kommt zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn gut in die Altstadt.
