Nice place to stay. Try it.

The hotel is centrally located, perfect accommodation for sightseeing in Suzdal. Quiet because the hotel does not face the street. The standard is high: clean, renovated, the bathroom in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, I had good sleep. The reception staff was polite and perhaps too “hotelish” as opposed to other tourist attractions. The hotel owns a restaurant where you also have your breakfast served. The breakfast is good. Otherwise, the restaurant feels overpriced and the bar lady too bossy. There are good and less expensive restaurants nearby.

Good location, and cozy room, but terrible service of staff.
I knew generally russian staff don't smile but kind of their service, but staff in hotel, just not kind, it seems they are bothered of me, everyone in 3 days.

Overall a good value hotel right in the centre of Suzdal. The room needs a light in the main bedroom area as it was very dark

Отличный отель, недешевый, но полностью оправдывает свою стоимость. Отель расположен в самом центре, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей Суздаля. Новые, чистые номера, тихо. В нашем номере была просто огромная ванная комната, но это, видимо, потому, что он был крайний. Прекрасный завтрак за 550 руб. с человека, детям до 7 лет бесплатно. На завтраке хороший выбор блюд, хорошего качества, также подают шампанское. Вежливый персонал. Своя охраняемая парковка. Отличный Wi-fi.
Из незначительных минусов отметил бы - иногда бывает тесновато на завтраке; после 23.00 в баре не продают алкоголь.
Общее впечатление от проживания - 5 с плюсом!

Perfect location in Suzdal, the staff is very friendly and speak english. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you may need. Few meters ahead you can find a restaurant called Kharchevnya, great place to taste russian food. I ordered the Solyanka soup which is one of the best meals I had in my whole trip in Russia.

Wonderful hotel, walking distance to all historical sights. Lots of variety for breakfast in the restaurant next door which is for guests of the hotel. I had 2 dinners there and the food was superb plus 10% off from the hotel.. Best creamy soups I have ever tasted. Staff very helpful and most speak good English. I needed a ride to Rostov and Yaroslavl and the hotel arranged this. The driver was from the hotel and it took over 3 hours to Rostov. He waited 2 hours when I visited the beautiful Kremlin, then drove me to the monastery. Then another hour to Yaroslavl but it was City Day there so the roads were blocked off and he walked me to my hotel wheeling my huge suitcase. He couldn't speak English but we used the translator on his phone. He was very patient, kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Suzdal & are glad we picked this charming mid-sized hotel. The location on Lenina Ulitsa is great - we were able to walk everywhere in the city we wanted to visit from there. We did not sign up for the rooms with breakfast included, but have been told the hotel’s restaurant is quite good. We only had cappuccinos in the morning, which were excellent. The only hitch is the front desk is sometimes lightly staffed, so if a group is checking in/out, then you may have to wait for coffee, to have questions answered, etc.

Rather new hotel in the city centre . Breakfast starts at 9am. Preferably earlier for tourists who needs to leave early .

Wonderful town to visit in winter. Snowbound, churches- unique.

As far as I am aware, there is very little brand new, good standard hotel accommodation in Suzdal and this Hotel is of a very high standard, quiet (as it is several metres behind the main road) and is an excellent place to base yourself for a self-guided walking tour of the exquisite medieval churches, monasteries and convents of Suzdal. Some staff speak good English.

Enjoyed our stay in Suzdal very much. Did request a quiet room, but were given a room facing a noisy parking area. Would return to this hotel in the future, but would want to be on the second floor. Restaurant, Le Bazar, was fantastic!

Wonderful service, free upgrade, outstanding g food at the restaurant and very friendly, helpful service.
