Pros:

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Fabulous location. Walking distance to amazing restaurants. The staff was incredible. Especially Marie. She was beyond adorable. One morning at breakfast she heard it was my friend‘s birthday and she brought out a birthday cake.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s a small little lift. A part of the personality of a small boutique hotel. And it totally works.

Would come back to Athens & Villa Brown Ermou. Had fun, liked the personal touch & the neighborhood!
Pros:

Staff excellent and helpful, from front desk to cleaning staff who would not let us carry our own bags.
Incredible location. Great assistance from staff on finding our way around.
Nice quiet breakfast with broad selection and sit as long as you wanti n pleasant surroundings.
Best of the best locations, great vibe in the neighborhood and literally one block from good, vehicle free shopping or eating.

Great location, quiet and comfortable, excellent small staff.
Pros:

The location is good, the staff very helpful and welcoming, and the room very comfortable. Very good breakfast too.

Cons:

The wiFi was not at all good - not in the room, nor in the dining area. The hotel really does need to improve that.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It's a fine and the amenities are good, it is conveniently situated in the city center. You should definetely come if you get a good fee.

Cons:

It was very expensive for what it actually offers (maybe it's because we booked a little late). The picture on the terrace is deceiving, as there is no real service there, so you can't really have breakfast or a drink up there. It doesn't feel particularly fancy. Because it's in the city center, it also doesn't have many windows.
