Pros:

We booked Emmanuel as a day room due to an early check out of our villa and flight not until late.
It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The price, location and facilities were great! The lovely lady even let us check in at 11am.
Basic but fully functional. Highly recommend 👌

Parfait
Pros:

Tout est très bien : l'emplacement (quartier calme à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique), l'appartement/la terrasse et le bon accueil de Nikos. Déna, la dame qui s'occupe du ménage, est adorable. Il y a aussi une supérette à 2 mn à pieds. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

A un passo da tutto
Pros:

L'appartamento si trova a Rodi, a pochi passi dal centro e da un supermercato. A pochi passi dall'appartamento si trova anche l'acropoli di Rodi. Appartamento grande, spazioso e luminoso, dotato di condizionatore. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana, ci siamo trovati bene, se non di più. Sicuramente, se dovessimo tornare a Rodi, lo riprenoto.

Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour: terrasse, accueil personnalisé, moustiquaire, machine a laver, cafetière, bouilloire, vaisselle, televisions, salle de bain récente, climatisation, draps et serviettes changés, immeuble silencieux, emplacement.

Cons:

La nuit les bruits extérieurs de la rue et le passage fréquent des avions, mais c est indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire.

I would recommend this place if you are staying only one night as it is not ideal for a longer stay
Pros:

Location is good and quiet. Bed was nice and apartment was clean

Cons:

Kitchen is tiny and has no Air conditioner or Fan.
Full apartment for 4 people is what it is presented as. However there is no living room or space to gather and be all together. No couch. Tv is only in bedroom and kitchen is too small to sit all 4. Fridge is too small for 4 people

L'appartamento era ampio ed il bagno ristrutturato, le camere con aria condizionata e materassi comodi.

Cons:

L'appartamento era ristrutturato solo nel bagno, le porte ed i muri, non insonorizzati, facevano si che si sentisse tutto dei vicini, giorno e notte.
l'ascensore molto vecchio e la moquette "dell'epoca" nn davano una sensazione di moderno ed ordinato.
