Great location, excellent pool, and love the kitchen!
Pros:

The pool and location is great. It’s only 15 mins from the airport. The room has an oceanfront view and the sound of the waves was very peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was awesome! It had a french press, kettle, induction cooktop, and fridge. We were able to cook all of our meals in the room. The AC worked great. Hot shower and had soap and shampoo.

Cons:

The room wasn’t exactly like the photos. It definitely needs some maintenance. The chair cushion covers were gone and the plastic was ripping. The dresser was missing a handle. The sliding glass door with the oceanfront view was very dirty from pigeons shitting on the balcony and glass (it wasn’t a full walk out balcony or anything like that). We asked the staff if we could open the doors to clean the glass and also get some fresh air, and they let us know it is sealed and doesn’t open. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine. We were also only there 3 nights. I think a longer stay wouldn’t be that comfortable.

Great balcony
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Pool and common areas were well maintained. The buildings had lots of character.

Cons:

Had to wash everything in the kitchen before using. The pots and pans were badly scratched Teflon. The photos of the room showed a couch which is why we chose the room, but there was no couch. When I asked if they could provide a chair to sit on, they refused. Zero effort to fix.

Me alojé en este lugar y la experiencia fue simplemente excelente. Desde el momento de la llegada, todo fue impecable: la atención, la limpieza y el ambiente superaron completamente mis expectativas. Recomiendo al 100%

Over-priced, misrepresented, avoid this place.
Pros:

The property did not match the description from Booking.com. The description said a Queen suite, and we had 2 regular beds. Items that were advertised and NOT included were washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dining table, no kitchenette, no electric kettle and zero toiletries, not even a tiny bar of soap. The room is exceptionally plain and dated. We paid at least twice of what I would expect for this time of room. The only good thing about it was the view. The building is on the beach and has a lovely view. The restaurant was decent. The "front desk" mostly had young folks staffing it, and they knew incredibly little about restaurants, activities, transport, etc.

Excelente lugar para pasar tus dias en Cancún
Pros:

Me gusto mucho mi estancia en este lugar , todo en perfecto estado, la cama bien grande y cómoda, aire acondicionado y secadora d cabello muy bien 👍 el refrigerador muy bien tambien , teníamos toallas extras para la alberca.

Tudo saiu como o esperado!

Tudo estava organizado para minha estadia, o quarto estava limpo e organizado!

Cons:

Por ser ambiente de praia quero deixar uma dica: se possivél colocar algum suporte ou cabides para que possamos deixar as roupas de praia para secar

Bien para una noche
Pros:

Dormi alli la ultima noche antes de coger el vuelo de vuelta. La ubicación esta bien, cerca del aeropuerto y las vistas espectaculares, con acceso directo a la playa. Las camas me parecieron comodas, hay cerca un Oxxo, y el residencial tiene piscina. Comunicacion rapida por WhatsApp con la encargada/dueña del apartamento. Tambien me hizo el favor de hacer un late check out.

Cons:

No recomiendo tener una estancia larga aqui. El dia que estuve llovio mucho y en el baño habia una gotera que puso todo el baño muy mojado. Tambien vi alguna cucaracha, es algo normal, pero quizas deberia haber mas trampas. La puerta la deberian cambiar tambien, se ve destrozada. Necesita una mejora para que la estancia sea mejor sinceramente. Y si dieran servicio o dispusieran de taquillas para guardar las maletas, mucho mejor

Great customer service
Pros:

The staff are great and friendly. I have to say the staff are very attentive and respond quick. Anything that have to get fix and if I need extra of something they come to bring. Great customer service.

Cons:

The door in the bathroom kept coming out. I ask for the maintenance guy to come and fix. And they came right the next day to fix. There is only body soap and no shampoo.

Tolle und günstige Destination für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub ohne Stress und Massen Tourismus!

Die Ausstattung des Appartement war gut, alles war in einem guten Zustand auch wenn alles etwas abgenutzt war
Das Personal war stets bemüht, wir hatten sogar Roomservice, was für Appartements eher ungewöhnlich ist. Grundsätzlich war es ein gutes und günstiges Hotel bzw. Preis/Leistung war top.
Pool war sehr warm und wurde täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Preis für das Frühstück war mit durchschnittlichen 25 USD überteuert!
