離車站有點距離，需有交通工具才方便。前台的服務態度佳，房間乾淨。
除非真的訂不到其他住宿，在考慮這間～
過於老舊，走廊昏暗有堆雜物
房間床上有頭髮跟黑點..隔音不是很好
優點就是假日還有房，離賣場近
設施較老舊，但勝在整潔乾淨
櫃檯服務人員親切，服務態度佳
適合整天都在外遊玩，回飯店洗澡休息的旅客。
若是想整天泡在飯店，想享受飯店設施的旅客就不適合著這家旅館了。
Wifi完全不行，訊號非常差，另外，建議浴廁間，洗澡區和洗手台、馬桶之間，最好要裝拉門或防水簾，因為房間可能沒窗戶，乾溼分離做好，水氣比較不會那麼重
也許太老舊的飯店應該列入評選基準, 盡量避掉過久沒翻修的住宿飯店
第一次住到旅館天花板在滴水及地板有滲水出來的,房間濕氣很重有味道,床舖太硬...等,要求換房間後,第二次的房間洗澡出來居然跳電,搞了好久也弄不好,還說假日人多要不要再換回第一間房...一整個無言!! 當然這間也不能睡了(沒電),所以又換了另一間房間給我們,我們原本訂的是家庭房(二個雙人床的),結果換給我們的是一張加大的雙人床,全家3+1人擠在一個床舖上,實在不好睡,但真的折騰了好久(也已零晨1點多了....也沒力氣再說什麼了...),只能說家庭旅遊原本快快樂樂的出遊,卻因住宿的品質不佳,而敗興而歸!!
離新月廣場很近，看電影逛街很方便~
火車站大約10分鐘路程，去轉運站的話要20分鐘吧~從火車站穿越會比較方便一點XD
房間簡單乾淨又舒適，熱水很快且夠力，冬天能這樣洗澡很舒服!
早餐是吃麥當勞，可以先註明 因為有些人是吃全素 我是自行加價購買早餐的
服務人員真的很優 遇到三個不同時段的人員 真的很棒 親切 主動幫忙 是大加分喔 會讓人想再去
廁所乾淨
I was given a "upgrade" to a slightly bigger room. After entering into the room, I realised that there is a loud buzzing sound due to some electrical faults which can only be stopped if the key is not slotted into the power supply for the whole room. I feedback to the staff who told me that they were full for the night and cannot make any changes. So much for the upgrade! So my family including my 15 month daughter could hardly sleep through the night. The only consolation is that they refunded me the money for the room after I voiced my frustration.
飯店位置離新月廣場非常近，客房大小、清潔都不錯，服務人員態度也滿好的。但是停車位嚴重不足。雖然訂房有含停車位的選項，但那是自助停車並不保證有位置停。飯店的停車位也只是對面一棟建築物一樓的空地，晚回來沒有位置只能自己去找位置，這一點對開車出遊的人不太方便。
櫃臺很親切！環境整理得很乾淨，房間的價格也很親民！如果要去跑馬拉松，坐計程車坐計程車離宜蘭運動公園很近， 10分鐘就可以到。沒有開車的人從火車站走到旅館也只要15分鐘。離東門夜市也很近。
駅から10分程度でアクセスも悪くはない。部屋、設備は新しくは無いが、それなり快適。ただ、他の台湾の宿よりコスパは微妙かも、あと、土日のチェックイン時刻が18時からと難点(平日は15時から)

但上一次入住經驗其實還不錯，這次分到的房型體驗感較差

剛進房發現一些冰箱與梳妝臺面清潔的小問題，反應後隨即處理改善，很好！
浴室很乾淨，蓮蓬頭水量也很大
只可惜六樓的房間隔音不太好
不然就更好了！
以平價旅館來說，算是不錯的選擇！
