Pros:

Straconsiglio!
La struttura è un piccolo gioiellino semplice, ma curatissimo, con tutti i comfort necessari. L’accoglienza dello staff è stata ottima. Si arriva in spiaggia in pochi passi e potrete usufruire dei lettini e ombrelloni riservati agli ospiti. Potrete gustare colazione fronte spiaggia al Bahati Restaurant dove abbiamo deciso di cenare e pranzare per l’ottima qualità e prezzo. I ragazzi sono sono tutto fantastici.

I proprietari erano assenti ma faccio loro i miei complimenti xchè hanno lasciato la struttura in ottime mani. Teddy, Shea e lo staff tutto... le ragazze delle pulizie, il giardiniere, il ragazzo addetto alla cura della spiaggia, le cameriere e il ragazzo al bancone al ristorante...
Bravi e gentili. Chiedi e cercano in tutti i modi di accontentarti... sempre col sorriso sulle labbra. Pace e tranquillità regnano sovrane....
Camere pulitissime e cibo ottimo.

Chi scrive di umidità e odore... c è sempre brezza marina che porta quindi un po di umidità e almeno allevia dal caldo, siamo in Africa e ovviamente gli odori sono diversi dai nostri... lo stesso legno ha un odore differente...

purtroppo spesso manca la luce a Zanzibar e fortunatamente hanno il generatore ma fa un po di rumore... non so se sia possibile mettere intorno una struttura per poter fare andare il rumore verso l alto...io cmq mettevo i tappi ed ero ok.

Pros:

la struttura ha uno spazio sulla spiaggia dove fare colazione. E' un posto semplice e autentico, dove fanno di tutto per accontentarti.

Cons:

la persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto cortese e gentile, purtroppo c'è stata un pò di difficoltà a capirci sulla prenotazione poichè erano i giorni che c'era internet oscurato ed eravamo tutti a disagio.
Ci vorrebbe più attenzione nella cura degli spazi esterni ( es materassini delle poltrone non puliti) e della persona che accoglie, perchè si rischia di farsi una brutta impressione e sottovalutare l'ospitalità offerta.

Location di fronte alla spiaggia, personale sorridente e super disponibile; non è un anonimo resort ma una piccola realtà che ti fa assaporare la vera Zanzibar.. Camere pulitissime. Ottimo ristorante, abbiam provato altri posti ma qui abbiam mangiato meglio!

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli del bungalow (infissi e un po' di umidità), ma è poca cosa rispetto all'esperienza che offre!

Lo mejor el staff y el desayuno.
Las habitaciones están ok, y tiene generador lo cual es útil porque se corta bastante la luz.

Cons:

Las fotos simulan que el hospedaje queda justo en la playa, pero no es así, el restaurante es lo que queda en la playa. De ahí hasta las habitaciones tenes que cruzar una calle pública y caminar por un pasillo que a los costados tiene edificaciones que parecen abandonadas y en esa calle se juntan varios hombres todos los días, si bien saludan y todo con respeto, se siente incómodo y no encontramos la intimidad que pensábamos tener. Ese pasillo esta un tanto dejado, las fotos lo hacen parecer mucho mas lindo de lo que es en realidad. Es un hotel de 40 dólares la noche no 100 como pagamos, nos pareció excesivamente caro para lo que es. No pudimos cancelar nuestra estancia porque no nos dejaron, pero lo hubiéramos hecho.

Super nice stay in Bahati Villa, I fell in love with the place and people there. Room was very clean and spacious, and were located nicely in its own peace. A really good wifi also. Super helpful and friendly staff, a big heart to them ❤️ Good breakfast and other foods in the restaurant. Even my friend from another hotel came every night to eat there. I was supposed to be half of my stay in another hotel in Zanzibar, but I couldn't stay away - after one night in another hotel, I came back to Bahati. It's home! There were many little shops on the beach and the village is near, in walking distance, and also easy to go around different places. A really good location. Everything is just super in Bahati, super nzuri!! I would and will come again. I miss it and the people there all ready. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and one extra for Teddy ⭐

Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist keins der Hotels mit vielen Menschen und dichtem Gedränge. Sehr schön ruhig und entspannt. Jede Anfrage wurde erfüllt. Der Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf dem Indischen Ozean ist einfach atemberaubend.
Wer ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer viel erleben will, geht einfach runter zum Strand und biegt rechts oder links ab. Es ist alles vorhanden.

Amazing stay!
We arrived late at night and were able to check in early for a small extra fee, which was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted with a smile and felt welcome from the very beginning. The staff was always available, friendly, and accommodating.

The breakfast and food served were excellent, and it was a pleasure to enjoy our meals here. The hotel offers private sunbeds right by the beach, which made our stay even more comfortable. At night, there was good security, and the guard was both friendly and helpful, giving us an extra sense of safety.

The rooms are simple but perfect for our needs. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed immediately. The service was impeccable, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

All in all, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!
