The room was gorgeous!! And so cozy! The breakfast spread was the best I’ve experienced. And the staff went above and beyond. I even lost my phone in the taxi that dropped us off, and the staff went above and beyond to help me track down the driver and get it back. Would 100% recommend! It was also pretty close to the airport and there was shopping and food right next door.

Our stay at the Intercontinental Beijing was absolutely wonderful. Everything was fabulous, and a big reason we decided to return was the outstanding daily service and attention from Danijel, especially in the restaurants. His professionalism and care made every meal a delight. Truly a spectacular experience all around!

Excellent start with friendly staff. Nicely located in upscale Sanlitun. Can walk to the mall across the street and under it, not far from sightseeing locations, but you’ll need to take Taxi/Didi
Night turn down service was impeccable. Choice of food at breakfast buffet with great variety. Overall good service.

首先我住的是雙床房間，單人床很窄的，房內設施也很簡單，最糟糕的地方是浴室洗手盆很細，而且枱面也沒有多餘空間可以擺放自己的日用品，兼且感覺有點髒。浴缸卻超大，霸佔了很多空間，真的有點格格不入！
We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage. That's how we got started with this hotel: "Impecable Professionalism". My husband called it: "mind -boggling" and "unexpected surprise". After traveling around the world from the very best hotels in Dubai to Singapore, we are pleased to say that the service, food quality, professionalism, and beauty that we experienced in this hotel completely changed our perspective about what a 5 star hotel really should be. Additionally, they've had a Michelin Star restaurant for the past few years, which lives up to its title. The chef there really cares about the guests liking the food that he cooks. Thanks to the team at the Lounge for their AMAZING service and details, thanks to the chefs, thanks to incredible housekeeping, and SPECIAL THANKS to Jeff, the Manager of this hotel, because his leadership was evident within all the staff. We also want to thank him for his details and professionalism that he displayed to us from the beginningand until the end....Simply, an Unbelievable Experience. We look forward to our return.
The staffs were working very hard
The room was good but there were open cans in the fridge when we arrived and the staff's English level was so low it was hard to communicate. Some orders we made via phone never arrived or the wrong thing got delivered. Breakfast was ok but service was not able to communicate with us due to the language barrier. I would've expected English service since it's an international hotel.. I mean the hotel name is "intercontinental"

I booked four reservations, this is first review,
Without Swimming pool and spa, i will choose other hotel if got notice before, other three rooms still staying a few more day. definitely will leave same review later, calling service from room and no one is answer for long time. Last really bad traffic chaos at hotel front, disturbing and annoying, negative energy keep hearing yelling, car honks, and stuck.
hope the manager could contact to discuss what happen to the no answer from room, no swimming pool and spa. and still charging extra this extra that.....TE
