Cons:

I was woken up several times by drunken costumers. There is no nightwatch so nothing i could do. I told them next day and they gave me a free breakfast as compensation, it was nice..

very pleasant.
Pros:

staff were very friendly and informative. gave good directions to shops and were attentive.
location was excellent.
i think the hotel should inform guest as to how much it will cost to travel from the town to the hotel.

Cons:

breakfast was a bit disappointing as we expected at least one Sri Lankan dish.

The service was good, they gave us complimentary welcome drinks, and tried their best to find a solution when we made it clear that we were not happy.

Cons:

Not the best experience unfortunately. The rooms did not look like the pictures - some of them did not even have windows (we booked standard room) and there was a very damp smell and the location wasn't great either. They offered us a bigger room but unfortunately that was still not great, as it had dirty mirrors and still an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was also really loud. They were very understanding when we said we wished to book a different hotel.

Slightly disappointing
Pros:

The hotel on the whole was OK.
The staff were friendly and attentive
My room was comfortable

Cons:

The rooms on the first and second floor were lovely, however my room was on the ground floor which was dark, dingy and noisy.
There was constant noise from the reception area with people coming and going at all hours.
The breakfasts were somewhat repetitive
On the whole, value for the money
