1 night stay in March
Pros:

Off the main road and hidden a bit, so you're out of the way of the main roads in Kandy. Staff were very attentive and helped us with our rickshaw. They gave us a heads up about monkeys in the area to protect our clothes and loose items. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Bathroom had ants. And there was no option for 2 separate rooms, only one room with two beds.

Pros:

The place has seen better days. The room was clean but the windows have not been clean for a long time. Also towels were grey. This hotel needs some love and staff should clean common areas.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The air conditioning was very cold. It was quiet and cheap. Nice pool. Good shower. Bed was firm and good variety of pillows to choose from. Breakfast included through booking.com

Cons:

Tight access road and hard to find. No elevator, lots of stairs. Pool area was under renovation, rotting dead animal in the garden stunk out the pool area. Walk through someone's back yard to get to the roof top pool. Room in desperate need of renovation. Door handle to the room sagged and not stay latched so you had to lock the door with the key if you wanted to keep the door closed. Basin drain was blocked and did not drain. Too much light through the curtains made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is what you are given, no choice, eat what you like and the rest is wasted. (See picture)

Perfect location
Pros:
