Pros:

整體設備老舊 天花板有黴菌
浴室非常多蟲子 山景還有屋簷非常難看
地段糟糕交通不便 早餐隨便且難吃
而且又愛補不補 沒有什麼公共設施可用
低評價不是沒有原因的 這輩子絕對不會再來

真的沒住過那麼糟糕的房間，房間破舊環境髒亂，溫泉有超多雜質，晚上洗澡洗到一半沒熱水，櫃台服務不佳，而且只到22:00之後放空城，所以房客不能發生任何事，因為全部都要自己處理，網路上也只有櫃台電話，其餘的都查詢不到，早餐菜色少，有停車位結果是停路邊後面幫你放三角錐而已，分享上來希望不要再有人去踩雷，而且是大雷...

Pros:

バス停や老街からはかなり遠い。タクシー必須。部屋は意外と狭い。山中にあるので虫の死骸などは沢山ある。温泉は最初は出なかったが、１５分もすれば出るようになった。景色はかなり良い。

重視降低成本的住宿 cost down is very important.
Pros:

普通。簡單早餐，難喝咖啡，感覺很重視降低成本。還好隔天起床後好天氣爬山舒服。

山景套房很棒
Pros:

山景套房景觀很讚，房間內泡湯浴室空間很大且有乾濕分離。早餐中規中舉，一般的炒麵稀飯吐司這類的。整體評價不錯，下次有機會去烏來會再考慮入住。請記得聯繫飯店安排接駁車從烏來派出所那邊接駁到旅館(費用另計，單趟NTD 150)，不然走上去其實有點遠。

Pros:

古いのは仕方ないが、ソファーの下くらい掃除して欲しい。
夕飯も4人でNT1200払った割にはがっかりの内容。朝食バイキングに至っては、8:00に食堂に着いたら既に完売状態。コーヒーしか口に出来るものが無かった。他のお客さんは、ほぼ空の鍋からお粥をかき集めていた。

敷地内をウロついていた猫が可愛かったので、また会いに行きたい気持ちもあるが、残念ながら再訪は無いと思う。

1. 房間非常潮濕，沒有除濕機可以用
2. 蓮蓬頭的冷熱水不穩定根本就是個災難
3. 房間空間狹小
4. 床上很多螞蟻
5. 早餐餐廳是自助餐卻只有門口有提供酒精
6. 陽台空間很好卻不太乾淨又有壁癌

唯一的優點是浴池很大

浴室沒有掛毛巾的地方，室內掛衣處也很奇怪，沒有小桌子，但溫泉不錯，風景不錯，服務也很好。

整體環境尚可，有問題的地方為桌上有一點螞蟻、拖鞋穿起來腳很痛，距離老街有點遠，免費接駁車只有接駁進退房是免費的，若中間想去走走需要花接駁費用，不是很方便。

Extremely friendly service!
Pros:

Our stay was pleasant. The hotspring area has a great view to the mountains! The room itself looks outdated and some parts of the room definitely need fixing and remodeling.

Their service is TOP-NOTCH! They picked us up at the bus station and when we checked out they also dropped us at Wulai Old street for us to sightsee, later ok they dropped our belongings free of charge!
