The tranquil marvellous alpine view setting, the room, the smell of wood, the steam behind the hotel. Simply ydililic.

Cons:

The lack of a receptionist substituted by check in automation takes away the human warm welcoming feeling to an otherwise charming place.

Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for an apartment for four guests, but upon arrival it had only been prepared for two people. There were only two sets of towels, not enough bedding, one pillow was missing, and there was coffee for only two guests.

We contacted the hotel immediately. They told us to collect the missing items ourselves from a “Grab & Go” cupboard. However, even after reporting the missing items, no one delivered the extra pillow, towels, or coffee as promised through Booking.com.

When you book an apartment for four people, you expect it to be fully prepared before your arrival. Guests should not have to search the hotel for basic amenities or ask repeatedly for essential items.

The lack of preparation and the poor response from the hotel significantly affected the comfort of our stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property.

Nowoczesny wystroj, estetyczny, basen i sauny - duży plus.

Cons:

Pokoj dla 2 osób dorosłych i 2 dużych dzieci (10,15) troszkę maly. Rozkładana sofa dla dzieci bardzo skrzypiała. Każdy ruch budził pozostałych. Bardzo mała lodówka.

Einchecken ist eine Katerstrofe
War einfach nicht möglich nach 8 St. Auf dem Rad sollte das problenlos futzen.
Nach 1 Stunde konnten wir dan aufs Zimmer.
Es ist einfach niemand da der dir hilft. Was mit den andern 8 Leuten die das gleiche problem hatten ist ungewiss.
Aus diesen grund nie Wieder.

Pros:

Wir wurden in Italien im Urlaub gestört, wegen online check in.
Ich wurde um Punkt 19Uhr aus der Sauna rausgeschmissen und mein Sohn um Punkt 10Uhr aus dem Frühstücksraum.
Es gab im gesamten Hotel nichts zu trinken, nicht einmal einen Getränkeautomaten.

Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Traumhafte Lage, sehr schöne Ausstattung.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Erwähnenswert ist der sehr gute Service des Personals. Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt und täglich ohne Nachfrage serviert.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad!!! Es wurde nur sehr oberflächlich bis gar nicht gereinigt. Dusch- bzw. Händewaschartikel wurden nicht nachgefüllt.

We travel a lot. We sleep around 100 nights / year in hotels worldwide. This was the worst check-in we have ever experienced. There is no reception, you have to check-in online. But you need to find a specific email from them with their booking number (nobody could find it as so many spam and fake emails coming). Then 10 minutes of filling in all the information. Then you get the code (not from key boxes at the reception but from your room). This should be also the code to open main entrance - we never made it happen as it was not clear how to use it. People confused, not knowing what to do. The owner is apparently trying to make money by saving on receptionists. Restaurant is closed in peak summer season. Breakfast poor. This is not hospitality, sorry.

Met z'n drieën in een hotel
Pros:

Fijne bedden mooi ingerichte kamer, alleen voor 3 personen erg klein. Zwembad was erg fijn, er waren zelfs badjassen voor de zwemmers aanwezig. Ontbijt was goed.

Väldigt fräscha och rymliga rum(familjerum), vacker utsikt. Fin pool och bastu. Trevlig helhetsupplevelse!

Cons:

Frukosten var väldigt dåligt påfyllt när vi kom trots att det var 45 min kvar. Många som hade svårt att checka in. Saknar en receptionist.
