Op zicht prima en relatief luxueus verblijf
Pros:

Mooie kamer, balkon met uitzicht over de bergen, wellness met mooi binnenzwembad.

Cons:

Zoals aangegeven geen receptie, online inchecken echter zonder problemen. Klein probleem bij entree kamer (code kamerslot niet correct weergegeven op de bevestigingsmail). Maar wel direct en adequaat opgelost door direct online contact en ingeschakeld aanwezig personeel.

Pros:

The room was new and clean, although small and not as nice as on the photos

Cons:

Lack of anyone on reception, this is self service and you have to fight with the system to enter all data, etc.

The pool and sauna are available only till 6pm and from 10am. You also need to leave the room till 10am, so if you won't come early you won't use it.

Breakfast was very standard, ok.

Ideaal als doorreishotel
Pros:

Mooie, gerenoveerde kamer met balkon! Makkelijk online in- en uitchecken met behulp van het gastenportaal. Iets oudere, maar propere wellness op de kelderverdieping. Makkelijk om contact op te nemen met de accomodatie via Booking.

Cons:

Zeer basic ontbijt, voldoende keuze, maar alles uit pakjes, geen streekproducten, geen verse sappen, fruit uit blik… Koffiemachines zoals op de kamer naast elkaar uitgestald. Glutenvrij brood op voorhand gereserveerd, maar telkens 15-25 minuten moeten wachten omdat het nog niet ontdooid was. (Gelukkig was het wel lekker). We lazen uit eerdere reviews dat het restaurant sinds 1/7 gesloten werd, hiervan werden we niet op voorhand geïnformeerd, alle info van het resto was gewoon verdwenen. Zwembadwater was koud, ideaal na een saunabeurt, maar niet om zo in te zwemmen. Propere kamer, maar niet tot in de puntjes (stof op de plinten, afgebroken deurstijl, volle asbak op het terras…)Het ganse concept van een hotel zonder personeel werkt, maar er is nog wat finesse nodig om het naar een hoger niveau te tillen!

Kurz und knapp.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit war top und Ruhe im Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstück war auch gut. An sich gemütliches Hotel.
Die Pizzeria im Ort war traumhaft und zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Allerdings hat die persönliche Atmosphäre eines Hotelpersonals sehr gefehlt. Das offensichtlich früher von einer Familie selbst geführte Hotel wurde an eine „Hotel-Betreuung“ (Personal für Frühstück war sehr freundlich und bemüht) verkauft. Es gab keine Möglichkeiten ein Abendessen einzunehmen.

Precioso hotel y gran suite! Pero sin check in personal
Pros:

El hotel y la suite excepcional, con un desayuno muy bueno. Preciosas vistas y bien situado para disfrutar del Grossglockner en moto!

Cons:

Estuve a punto de no poner un 10 pues el check in todo via Internet y nadie en recepción a la llegada, con códigos para entrar en el hotel y habitacion. Totalmente impersonal. Reconozco que es la tendencia, pero no es un buen servicio a mi juicio.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, die Renovierung aber im Detail nicht abgeschlossen.
Das Hotel lag etwas außerhalb und somit sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Da im Hotel kein Personal vorhanden war, hatte das Hotel keinerlei Atmosphäre.
Es gab keinen Zimmerservice.
Ein Getränkeautomat wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Only if you like frustrating Automation

Convenient location.

Cons:

Automation that does not work. No staff present on check in. All supposedly automated. If you like automated phone systems this is the place for you. Everyone arriving struggled . Eventually a helpful lady arrived to help tap all the buttons find sites and three different codes. Thus proving how baffling and inefficient the IT systems are. No entry possible before 1600 as email with codes is programmed not to send before then. Compared with so many other hotels on our trip breakfast was okay/ adequate. Everything is packaged/ wrapped - for the hotel’s modus and convenience. If Ryan Air does hotels with a BT phone system - your call is important but not important enough for us to service you properly - then this is it

Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Cons:

Das kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner zugegen ist, das Frühstück lieblos und das Personal im Prinzip nicht vorhanden... ein guten Morgen und schönen Tag in welcher Sprache auch immer wäre nett gewesen.
