Addauro Resort

Excelente Hotel. No es accesible en otros medios pero solo en Auto. Poco lejos de Siracusa centro y escondido. Pero muy buen servicio.

Addauro Resort was the perfect place to stay and relax for one night on our road trip across Sicily. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have all the amenities necessary. The picturesque pool and surrounding area are just a short walk from the rooms. There was no dinner service at the Resort, however, there are options in the area. The Resort does provide an adequate breakfast.

Das Hotel ist abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig! Ohne Auto nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Am Sonntag war der Hotelpool für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich, deshalb nicht unbedingt ruhig und wher voll.
Sonnst war der Aufenthalt ok!
Frühstück war gut!

Hébergement calme et reposant. Très isolé

Nous avons passé deux nuits merveilleuses ici au calme, au milieu des champs. Le personnel était adorable ! Belle piscine très agreable pour se baigner et se poser. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner bon, complet et varié ( sucré et salé ). Je recommande !!

We stayed here back in 2020 and had a lovely experience so we were excited to return. The resort still has a lot of char, peaceful surroundings, a calming atmosphere and a great location for relaxation. However after five years it feels like not much has changed and not in a good way. The property is starting to show signs of wear and could really use some upgrades and better attention to detail. Breakfast was underwhelming this time around. The quality and freshness of the items weren’t up to standard. Coffee was terrible too. More disappointing were the cleanliness issues. We found a few hairs in the shower and bathroom which shouldn't happen in any hotel let alone a resort of this level.

Lovely relaxing setting with a great pool which we used in October. Breakfast good and catered for gluten free. No restaurant onsite but a pizzeria will deliver. Nearest restaurant suggest to us was 10 min drive. Free welcome drink was a kind offer and staff helpful. Pillows very thin and automatic air fresheners in the rooms horrible. There was a smell in the room in the mornings from the drain.

Beautiful and quiet resort outside the city. Very kind staff and good breakfast. There are free bicycles you can borrow. Pool and backyard are so nice, also the rooms.
We really enjoyed our stay. We really get the feeling that staff really cared for us.

Relaxing, quiet atmosphere. With spacious rooms

La struttura si è rivelata superiore alle nostre aspettative. Piscina pulita e dotata di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni, circondata dal verde e immersa nella campagna quindi silenziosa. Camere pulite con bagni dotati di un ottima doccia, colazione super. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo

Posto da favola con temperatura mitigata essendo leggermente più alto rispetto al livello del mare. Temperatura dell’acqua delle piscine da rivedere. Curato in ogni dettaglio e panorama mozzafiato.

Perfect

Calme et quiétude dans ce Resort à échelle humaine et engagé RSE. Pas de restaurant pour le soir mais adresses à proximité. Copieux petit déjeuner salé et sucré. Les chambres bénéficient toutes d'une terrasse privative.
Idéal en famille (avec bébé notamment) ou en amoureux. Pas de club enfant ni de musique ni d'activité au bord de la piscine: repos absolu.

The positive: it is fairly new, quite proper and some of the staff guest oriented. Unfortunately this applies not for all of the staff - there are some rather talk with other employees what easily can make you to wait 10 minutes for your coffee.
Anyway the “Ressort” is very much out in the no-were, has no restaurant for dinner, just a bar, a very poor breakfast - only toast bread, the room have no windows!!! (Only a glass door).
I would call that a Ressort. This are just some (windowless) bungalows in the middle of farmers land. No way to do there anything without car, no relaxed dinner, ….

A wonderful relaxing stay. Nice quiet resort; at the same time it is in an excellent position for visiting the beautiful places of eastern Sicily.

Addauro Resort is situated a few km outside of Syracuse so you need a car otherwise you'll be a bit stuck.

We were upgraded to a poolside room which was perfect as it was also on the end of the block which meant it was quiet. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and very good shower. The room was very clean and cleaned daily.

Breakfast was good and was very well managed. The coffee was very good. The room where you have breakfast wasn't exactly luxurious but it served its purpose.

We spent 2 days at Addauro and found nearby restaurants hard to find because the Hotel was not open for dinner in the evenings. If we had a car it would have been easier, because taxis were expensive. The pool at Addauro was brilliant, the bikes not so and the tea tray per room could have included a bit more than 3 tea bags and 1 powder milk.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay, if we come back we will hire a car.
