Cons:

We dachten dat er een eigen parkeerplaats was waar je gratis kan parkeren; dit bleek openbaar parkeren te zijn.

Komplett zufrieden, diese Adresse ist gespeichert für ein nächstes Mal
Pros:

Wir konnten per Tür-Code ( Mail erhalten am Vortag )noch abends nach 20.00 eintreffen und wussten so wo unsere Zimmerschlüssel wären. Kleiner privater Parkplatz (nur mit Code zugänglich) . Frühstück morgens war frisch vorbereitet und von Ingrid (Dame des Hauses) herzlich serviert. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wo man keinen Ton von draussen hörte. Betten, Kissen , Badeausstattung mit Fön , alles wunderbar. Minibar gegen Gebühr natürlich. 1 Kaffee /Tee pro Person gratis . WUNDERBAR

Cons:

''Nicht gefallen'' würde ich nicht sagen, eher ungewohnt..... war dass ein Zimmer mit Bad und WC nicht separat getrennt war. Wenn man ungestört aufs Klo will, ist nicht möglich da keine Tür dazwischen ist. Nur die Zimmertür ist die einzige Tür im Raum. Für eine einzelne Person kein Problem aber für 2 Freunde /Freundinnen ist es ein sensibles Thema auf dem Klo zu sein. Dieses Zimmer ist perfekt für eine einzelne Person (aus meiner Sicht) für mich allein wars perfekt.

Heel goed onthaal, vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heel rustige goeie ligging. Gratis parking!. Mooie nette ruime kamer. Super lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Matras was.voor mij te zacht en kussen te hoog 🙁. Beetje gehorig, maar viel op zich goed mee.

Heerlijk verblijf in Sint Niklaas
Pros:

Fijn klein hotel op een centrale locatie in Sint Niklaas van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontvangen door vriendelijke eigenaresse. We konden de auto parkeren direct naast het hotel op privéterrein, prima geregeld. Het ontbijt smaakte prima! Wij hebben het hotel als uitvalsbasis gebruikt om naar de Lokerse Feesten te gaan en dat is prima verlopen: trein heen en pendelbus terug.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and firm, with also very comfortable pillows and a blanket that fitted the summer weather. Fridge in the room and enough space for clothes etc, huge and nice bathroom. Situated 2 min from the main shopping zone, 10 from Belgium‘s largest market place and 7 from the train station, it’s also a great stay to visit Antwerp, Gent or Lokerse Feesten as day trips.
The owner is a lovely person, too and the check in was possible even earlier after a short chat, so this place is a 10/10 recommendation.

Goed genten van Sint Niklaas dicht bij centrum rustig.Vlak aan het station en een leuk vertrekpunt voor mooie fietsknoop
