Pros:

Amabilidad del personal de desayuno. Extraordinario.

Cons:

Olvidamos una chaqueta en la habitación y dos hora después era imposible recuperarla. Después de una semana no se han puesto en contacto con nosotros para devolverla.

Room was not cleaned after first night stay
Cons:

I had a 2 day stay no1 freshened my room the towels weren't replaced carpet wasn't hoovered or toilet area cleaned disappointed with level of service all around won't be staying in that hotel in the future

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο ξενοδοχείο! Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος, καθαρός και πολύ προσεγμένος, δημιουργώντας μια πραγματικά χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη. Η Maritsu στο πρωινό μας έφτιαχνε την μέρα με το υπέροχο χαμόγελο της. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch das Bad war schön.
sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Fenster gingen nicht zu öffnen. Sie waren sogar zugeschraubt. Etwas, was überhaupt nicht akzeptabel ist.
Zwar gab es eine Lüftung, aber nicht vorstellbar, wenn hier ein Notfall eingetreten wäre.
