Very enjoyable, we will be back again
Pros:

All really good, room upgrade was really great, I liked the view of the trains, we walked to the hotel via Amsterdam sight seeing. We got good advice on the tram system. The man on reception was very helpful

Very good place for overnight stay, before flying back to home from Netherlands.

Room - clean, location also very good, breakfast was also very good

Cons:

The staff at breakfast told us to rush a bit (we finished eating and wanted to stay a bit longer for additional cup(s) of coffee since we are more interested in coffee than in breakfast itself) due to possible lack of space if/when more people would come to breakfast - very politely but still we felt a bit uncomfortable. But that is just a very minor thing - otherwise very good stay, and staff very kind.

The hotel is very clean and quite. It is in a quite area for those who like to stay in quite places away from the crowd of the city.

Stain in breakfast area was there all the days we where there.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Advise on fine dining restaurant. We were sent to a cafeteria style restaurant. Not fine dining.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, wygodne duże łóżko, wyposażona łazienka ( standardowa suszarka do włosów, żel i szampon, chusteczki kosmetyczna, ręczniki dostępne w trzech rozmiarach, w tym malutki do twarzy. W pokoju woda mineralna, czajnik plus kawa i herbata. Brak lodówki jeśli ktoś potrzebuje ją mieć w pokoju. Potwierdziły się opinie, że jest cicho w pokoju, pomimo położenia przy ulicy. Nie można otworzyć okien ale działa poprawnie klimatyzacja. Personel życzliwy, parking zapewniony przez hotel, dodatkowy koszt 35 Euro doba, dostępny w budynku obok. Śniadanie w godz. 7-11 powinno zadowolić każde podniebienie. Mile zaskoczyła możliwość wcześniejszego meldunku (standardowo jest to godz.15). W pobliżu przystanek komunikacji miejskiej oraz sklep spożywczy. Niedaleko też parking P&R. Koszt dojazdu do centrum np. bilet ważny 24h 10 Euro/ osoba należy zeskanować kod QR
, który jest dostępny również w recepcji co ułatwia sprawę . Jest też opcja biletu godzinnego. Na przystanku brak automatów biletowych, więc uprzedzam o tym kodzie QR.

Cons:

Depozyt w wysokości 50 Euro / i podczas wyjazdu pracownik recepcji szedł sprawdzić stan pokoju i dopiero wtedy oddał depozyt pozostawiony podczas meldunku. Bardzo niezręczna sytuacja dla gościa hotelowego.

Nära till pendel och spårvagn in till centrum
Pros:

Personalen vid frukosten var jätte trevlig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Tyvärr var garaget avstängd så vi fick parkera under huset mittemot, och fick låsas upp av en personal som följde med så det var jobbigt med allt bagage på gatan och att få upp det till rummet. Samma sak när vi lämnade.

Śniadanie urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Sposób rozliczenia pobytu ( kilka opłat pobranych z karty, które przewyższają kwotę za pobyt- hotel twierdzi, że pobrał właściwą kwotę ).

Vervelend dat je niet kan douchen als je er maar 1 nacht verblijft.En het probleem door drie medewerkers bevestigd werd.

Personeel heel vriendelijk locatie heel goed

Cons:

Onze douche afvoer zat verstopt konden niet douchen is wel een aardige jongen gekomen om te ontstoppen.Probleem was al bekend dat de afvoer niet doorspoelden.De Tv had drie zenders kon niets aan gedaan worden.Hij zou het de manager laten weten andere kamer was niet mogelijk.Het vervelendste vinden wij dat de manager met ons contact zou opnemen maar heeft dit nog niet gedaan.
