Hotel, eten en personeel is prima. Alleen 1 van de 2 uitbaters is een vreselijke chagrijnig man en zeer klantonvriendelijk . Dat is jammer, maakt je verblijf minder prettig

Very nice and cosy hotel with very friendly stuff. Great pool and wellness area. Amazing breakfast. Ski bus stop next to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come again.

Pros:

We waren er voor de tweede keer in februari voor onze skivakantie. Wederom goed bevallen met goed ontbijt en diner. Kamer, zwembad en Wellness top. Parkeren en skibus voor de deur

A great stay and would thoroughly recommend. We hope to visit again.
Pros:

Super hotel and very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast options and spa facilities. Very spacious and well equipped room but would have loved a bath and double bed rather than beds pushed together. The balcony was a very nice feature. Dinner options were very good and varied but would suggest half board as was quite expensive to add on.

Cons:

Steps to the boot room were quite steep and slippery.

Hotel byl moc hezky. Ubytování bylo čisté a bylo tam vše co jsme při dovolené na lyžích potřebovali.

Cons:

Na ledovec je to cca 30 minut. Ale to jsme věděli. Jediný minus byl jeden chlapec z personálu co neuměl ani německy ani anglicky. Asi Turek. Neumel podat ani klíče od pokoje. Když jsem po wellness sedela na zahrade, sedel tam kouřil a mel velmi nahlas telefon a ani mi nerozuměl aby to ztišil. A pak asi i mel nejaky koment směrem ke me, ve svém jazyce. Hotel je hodně rodiny a tim pádem wellness bylo jen pro rodiny s dětmi a jejich přítomnost byla dost výrazně znat celým hotelem - křik. Ale o stůl v restauraci jsme si řekli mimo tyto rodiny a bylo nám vyhověno. Personál byl ochotný nám vyjít vstříc 🙂. Celkově hodnotím kladně 🙂🙂🙂

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich. Beim Abendessen wurden jeweils lokale Spezialitäten angeboten, und am Nachmittag stand eine Vesper bereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist dank der Busstationen direkt vor dem Haus sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet war wenig Personal vor Ort. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass Schinken und Käse frisch aufgeschnitten wurden. Dadurch entstanden zwar kurze Wartezeiten, diese waren für uns jedoch gut akzeptabel.

Ein gemütliches Hotel mit gutem Service und einer tollen Weinauswahl.
Pros:

Die Superior Zimmer sind angenehm geräumig und bieten viel Platz zum entspannen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Weinkarte – eine schöne Auswahl, die Lust auf Genuss macht.

Cons:

Die Bilder auf der Webseite setzen die Messlatte ziemlich hoch – in der Realität fehlt noch ein Hauch von diesem Hochglanz-Charme. Aber genau das macht den Tirolerhof authentisch.
