Instalaciones externas muy bonitas y bien mantenidas

Cons:

Al momento de entregar la habitación no me explicaron nada del hotel, horarios del restaurante, piscinas.
La habitación los frascos del shampoo, acondicionador y jabón líquido estaban vacíos, no había toallas de mano, fueron a arreglar la habitación como a las 5:30pm y ya estábamos de nuevo ahí por lo cual no la arreglaron.
Me tocó conectar el módem del televisor porque estaba desconectado el cable de poder y el HDMI, no había control del TV

Las instalaciones son hermosas y todo lo que tienen alrededor en piscinas termales.

Cons:

La falta de actitud de servicio de todos los empleados en general nos sorprendió muchísimo ya que es una región turística y que se ha caracterizado por su servicio, el renglón de la economía es el turismo es una lástima que un lugar tan hermoso no tenga impregnado el servicio como parte de su cultura.

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y las termales hermosas

Cons:

Pésimo el servicio para cenar en el restaurante no había el 90% de los platos
Y en el desayuno nos sirvieron el café y las bebidas en vasos plásticos porque no había tazas
La verdad quedamos muy descontentos con el servicio porque con el precio que se pagó es increíble que esto pase

El sitio súper lindo y la atención muy buena

Cons:

Nos pareció costosa la comida y lo que pedimos no estaba tan rico en el paquete que compramos solo estaba incluido el desayuno ese si estaba delicioso

Las instalaciones generales del hotel muy linda, las termas muy agradables, rodeado de verde y muy moderno.

Cons:

El baño de la cabaña muy sucio. Con la mano se podía hasta quitar el moho o suciedad que había. Deben de mejorar la limpieza de las paredes de la ducha y de fuera del baño. Ello para que pudieran ser 10 de 10.

Location, room and especially the pools were lovely. Food could be a bit better.

The pools and the location and views were beautiful.

Cons:

The food menu was a little boring and could be improved. Also, they hand you 2 different menus at the table, without explaining why and the limited range of dishes are mostly repeated on both menus.

Me esperaba mejor!
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso en medio de las montañas y los termales muy agradables.

Cons:

El servicio en el restaurante, varios meseros y mucho personal pero se tardan, traen mal los pedidos, la comida no era nada buena para un lugar así da pena.
La limpieza de las habitaciones sobre todo del baño muy por encima, las camas no son confortables.
