El servicio en general . Desde la limpieza en las mesas que rodean las termales ,el bufette que se quedo prácticamente sin comida la hostilidad del la recepcionista al solicitarle información. Hasta lo mas basico que es pedir agua y te respondan que no es su area. El servicio al cliente es parte de gestionar una buena administración y el personal solo estuvo presente para pedir propina de dos cervezas que compre y claro las ultimas .
