Pros:

I stayed here for only one night, and overall, I really enjoyed my time. The grounds are beautiful, and the food was excellent. I had dinner at the restaurant, and the portion was quite generous. Breakfast was also a highlight — very hearty and diverse, with plenty of fruit options and a live station where they prepare fresh omelets right in front of you.
​The absolute best part of this hotel is the thermal springs near the restaurant. They are open 24 hours, which is incredible. I spent several hours in the hot water at night, and it was an unforgettable experience. A special thank you for the music — they played amazing lounge tracks, showing really great taste. For me, this experience with the springs and the music completely outweighed any downsides.

Cons:

However, there were a few things that could be improved. For the price, the room felt very basic. Also, it was quite challenging that very few staff members speak English. It’s a real issue for international travelers, and it would be great if the staff understood at least some basic English in addition to Spanish.

Great hotel to relax in a beautiful environment
Pros:

Great sense of arrival, nice staff, the thermal pools are wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms are not up to the same standard as the lobby or the pools. WIFI signal is very week in the guestrooms. Only one plug, in the wrong space< to charge phones / computer. bathrooms and closest are old and need to be replaced.

Pros:

It is an amazing place, in the middle of nature. We've enjoyed thermals early in the morning and at the end of the day, it is simply amazing. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The only disappointing aspect was cafeteria staff. We were planning to eat some snacks and the service was really poor.
