As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

Amazing place to stay with family or your loved ones
La infraestructura de los termales
El servicio fue muy malo tanto en el restaurante como en la recepción.
Cuánto llegamos la habitación tenía un olor químico muy fuerte y los recepcionistas no fueron proactivos en cambiarnos de habitación. Las habitaciones “deluxe” tienen un nombre engañoso, son muy antiguas y las fotos no lo reflejan, no estaban muy limpias y les faltaban cosas como toallas de manos y jabón.
El servicio en el restaurante era muy lento y poco amable. Solo uno de los meseros (Santiago) fue muy amable y servicial. La calidad de la comida es questionable.

Las piscinas un poco sucias, los tarros de jabones del baño de la habitación estaban vacíos, cobran por una bata, no siento que viví una experiencia en un hotel 5 estrellas

Quartos limpos, jardinagem e paisagismo maravilhosos.
Internet no quarto ruim, app para solicitar serviços não funciona direito, estou esperando para trocar toalhas ainda, pelo aplicativo. Eu mesmo tive q ir buscar toalhas. Restaurante com menu pequeno e que não tinha itens do cardápio disponíveis. O jeito foi ficar em hambúrguer e pizza, quando gostaria de uma experiência gastronômica colombiana.
Hemos ido en familia y reservado cuatro habitaciones, dos de ellas deluxe (son mucho más viejas de lo que se ven en la foto) nos han tenido que mover de habitación por que el olor a pintura era exagerado.
El personal hace lo que puede con la mala organización del sitio. Más de una hora para llevarnos dos pizzas a la mesa. Se nota que no hay organización por parte del hotel.
La limpieza de la habitación no era buena y todo olía a viejo. La verdad que por el precio que pagas se espera mucho más. La comida no estaba buena, hemos pedido varios platos y a ninguno nos fue bien.
