Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo y los termales son tremendos.

Cons:

Las habitaciones al lado de la recepción no permiten el descanso. El ruido es toda la noche. Durante el check out, el personal no pareció interesarse por esta mala experiencia y solo me remitió a responder una encuesta. Es la tercera vez que voy y creo que no volveré.

Horrible place to stay

Cons:

Terrible quality rooms, incredibly sad and basic. No comforts whatsoever - not even a lamp, just a single bulb. We had to change rooms as our original one still had a wet floor and stunk of bleach with mould on the walls. Food was also terrible in the restaurant - worst we had in Colombia. In fact, the chicken sandwich melt may be the worst restaurant meal I've ever seen. When we arrived there were no towels or robes available to use the hot springs, which is ridiculous as that is the only reason for going to the hotel. We had to make do with a flannel! Fitness centre was beyond a joke: broken equipment and arcade machines!

El Wi-Fi estuvo muy mal casi toda la estáncia aunque nos dieron una antena extra. Hace falta más personal de meseros, a veces demoraron mucho inclusive para darnos las cartas si bien, la comida siempre llego a tiempo

El lugar es lindo, el paisaje. Los termales son maravillosos. El personal del restaurante es super amable y muy servicial. Los amenites del baño estaban muy bien.

Cons:

Creo que para el valor del hotel podrían tener mejor las cabañas pues habían varias cosas del lugar que ya estaban dañadas, viejas y feas. Como las luces al lado de la cama, la cafetera, las papeleras. Tambien podrían esmerarse un poco más con el aseo del baño, el baño tenía pedazos de jabón pegados al vidrio del baño y mocos pegados en la pared. El personal de la recepción muy poco dispuestos a colaborar y responder preguntas. Hay poca o nada ayuda e indicaciones de horarios del lugar, batas y demás cuando uno hace check in. No es lo que se espera de un hotel con esos valores

Pros:

The hot springs themselves are excellent. They’re beautifully designed and clearly the highlight of the property. Unfortunately, the hotel accommodations were disappointing and showed a lack of attention to basic details.

The bathroom, in particular, felt poorly thought out. The toilet is crammed into a tight corner with virtually no legroom, and a large trash can was placed directly in front of it, making it impossible to sit comfortably. To make matters worse, the toilet seat installed did not match the shape of the toilet, so you end up partially sitting on the exposed porcelain. For a property that presents itself as a higher-end establishment, this came across as careless and below standard.

The soundproofing was also very poor. The walls are thin enough that you can clearly hear neighboring guests talking, doors closing, and staff moving carts through the hallways early in the morning. Both mornings of my stay, I was woken up multiple times due to noise, which made it difficult to rest.

The hot springs themselves are genuinely enjoyable, but the experience would be greatly improved if guests were not allowed to bring Bluetooth speakers and play music in the area. It detracts from the relaxing atmosphere and takes away from what should otherwise be a peaceful environment.
