Limpieza sábana y baño
Pros:

Lugar ideal para descansar y desconectarse

Cons:

Las sábanas de una de las camas presentaban manchas de suciedad visibles. Daba la impresión de que no habían sido lavadas correctamente, o que no habían sido lavadas. Afortunadamente la habitación contaba con dos camas, por lo que pudimos cambiarnos. Cabe mencionar que las habitaciones no disponen de teléfono para comunicarse con recepción, lo que dificultó reportar la situación de manera oportuna.

Por otro lado, la tapa plástica del inodoro se encuentra en un estado de desgaste muy avanzado. Este deterioro evidentemente impide una limpieza adecuada entre una estancia y otra. Considerando el precio por noche, el costo de reemplazo de esta pieza es mínimo y no debería mantenerse en esas condiciones.

The price-to-quality ratio isn’t quite right.
Pros:

The termales are wonderful, surrounded by plants, the water is natural, there are hot and cold pools.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic for the price of this hotel, as well as the rooms. When we arrived our room had no towels and soap. For a hotel in this category and pricing I would at least expect to find towels in the room.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación, el paisaje

Cons:

El checkin, es muy tarde, pero si pagas un adicional puedes acceder con antelación, muy mal. Las batas de baño son solo para cabañas, si necesitas una debes pagar 50.000 pesos, es una exageración ya que estás pagando 900.000 pesos por una noche.

Tuve una situación de alergia a los termales y fui atendida rápidamente y fue muy buena la atención . El restaurante con muy buenas opciones, las personas muy atentas

För att vara ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ så är jag mycket förvånad över den dåliga servicen och lyhördheten i restaurangen. Vi bestämde oss för att inte betala någon dricks för service. Det tråkigaste är att de inte verkade bry sig om i receptionen när vi drog tillbaka dricksen förutom att de sa att vi borde sagt tidigare att vi inte ville betala dricks. De brydde sig alltså inte.
Vi var 2 dagar utan varmvatten i boendet och saknade tvål och hår balsam i duschen. Jag ser att många före oss skrivit om missnöje med service och fått svar från hotellet men ändå verkar inget förbättras
