As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. No valió la pena alojarse, mejor pagar el pasadía y alojarse en otro lugar.

Cons:

No vale la pena pagar la estadía.
Las instalaciones son muy lindas, pero la relación calidad-precio es desproporcionada. Por menos del 10% de lo que cuesta una noche de alojamiento, puedes acceder a un pasadía de más de 12 horas y disfrutar prácticamente de la misma experiencia. No existe un diferencial claro en calidad, servicios o atención entre los huéspedes y los visitantes del pasadía.
Además, la presencia del personal en las instalaciones es mínima. Si estás en las termas y quieres pedir agua o alguna bebida, debes ir hasta el restaurante o esperar, literalmente, horas a que aparezca alguien que pueda atenderte.
Nos hospedamos dos noches y en ningún momento cambiaron las toallas ni las batas. Al llegar también nos proporcionan el WhatsApp de un servicio de conserjería que nunca respondió a ninguno de nuestros mensajes.
En resumen, el lugar es bonito para visitar durante el día, pero no ofrece un nivel de servicio que justifique el costo de hospedarse.

No es un gimnasio, es un espacio con 4 máquinas y 1 de ellas requiere reparación. Habían vaciado las piscinas y nadie informó.

En general muy bueno el lugar, mejorar esos detalles.
Pros:

La habitación y en general todas las áreas comunes muy limpias. Lo de la pantalla para ver los partidos muy chévere y acorde con la época.
La comida también muy rica

Cons:

Las piscinas en la primera noche estaban bajitas de agua, además de la temperatura, habían piscinas muy frías. Nunca nos informaron si había algún daño o qué pasaba.
El personal. Sentimos que se quedaron cortos porque dos meseras para tantas personas, ellas muy amables pero igual eran demasiadas cosas para solo dos niñas.
