As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.
This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Overall, the hotel was extremely clean and well-kept, with the rooms and pools providing a comfortable, upscale experience.
My family and I stayed at the hotel with our infant child. Upon arrival, the bellman offered us a bottle warmer and was very insistent on taking our bags. I prefer to keep my personal belongings with me, so I politely declined. He escorted us to our room and again offered the warmer, saying he would return shortly with it. Before he left, my wife gave him a tip. Unfortunately, he never came back.
Later, as we were heading to the pool, we saw him again in the lobby. At that point he told us he had found a warmer, but it wasn’t working, so he would not be able to provide one. We had waited quite a while expecting him to return, and it felt unprofessional that he never came back to update us.
Once at the pool, we asked staff how to order food and were told a waiter would come to assist us. No one ever arrived. After waiting, I went to the front desk to ask for help and was told to place an order through a QR code. I did so and waited another hour and a half, but nothing was delivered. When I returned to the front desk, I was informed that no one had even seen the order come through.
They assured me they would “expedite” the service, yet after another 30 minutes, we still received nothing. When we finally went back again, we were told they didn’t know what drinks we wanted, so they didn’t prepare anything. Instead of sending someone to clarify, they simply waited for us to return.
Eventually the food arrived, but some of it was undercooked and overall not very good—especially disappointing for a hotel marketed as a luxurious, highly recommended destination. To make matters worse, a 10% service charge was added despite the poor service, and we still paid full price.
Given the multiple issues and lack of proper service, this was a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The Termales, the water park, the staff, the super good food, the weather super cool and very comfortable with beautiful nature surroundings. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and well maintained. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy peaceful, natural vibes.

Se demoraron mucho con la comida en la noche el hotel estaba muy lleno , pero no hubo bueno Cordinacion con los meseros nos atendieron casi 1:30 media después y adicinal que no había lo que queríamos . Se evidenció que cuando está tan lleno no hay buena atención al huésped en el restaurante

Quiero resaltar la excelente labor de todo el equipo del hotel. Durante nuestra estadía, siempre se aseguraron de que fuera muy agradable y atendieron nuestros requerimientos de manera inmediata y efectiva. Esto incluyó a los equipos de front desk, habitaciones, restaurante, zona de piscinas y atención paramédica, entre otros.
Me gustaría proponer, si lo consideran apropiado, que se haga un reconocimiento verbal frente a sus compañeros a los siguientes colaboradores, quienes demostraron un genuino interés por el cliente, una gestión eficaz de las solicitudes, alto compromiso con su trabajo y una actitud siempre afable y empática:

En particular, destaco a Esperanza y a Carlos Vieira (líder del restaurante). Fue evidente cómo enseñan a sus equipos liderando con el ejemplo y empoderándolos para que sean más efectivos. ¡Felicitaciones por ese liderazgo!
Como oportunidades de mejora para optimizar la estadía, sugeriría modernizar las cabañas, especialmente los baños. Puntualmente:
Reparar los lavamanos colocando el botón metálico correspondiente.
Instalar soportes para toallas de manos.
Renovar las divisiones de los baños, ya que los vidrios se encuentran opacos por el uso y afectan la percepción visual.
En cuanto a la zona de piscinas, sería ideal contar con agua más caliente y mejorar el piso, ya que es muy resbaloso. Esta situación provocó un resbalón de mi esposo, el cual afortunadamente no tuvo consecuencias. Cabe resaltar que la atención del paramédico Daniel fue muy profesional, oportuna y efectiva.
