Desafortunada Eleccion.
Cons:

Recepción y atención poco amable
No aire/ tampoco abanico para el calor/ tampoco red o screens en las ventanas para poder abrirlas sin que se metan los insectos al cuarto
El cuarto no te dice nada, se ve super vacío, apenas una lámpara y una cafetera con dos copos de café contados.
No batas para las termales.
El Wifi no sirve.
En el Restaurante, el mesero que nos atendió, mientras le hablabamos para ordenar, el se iba a hablar con otras personas y nos dejaba con la palabra en la boca, lo hizo en unas 4 ocasiones, una falta de respeto.
Creo que está sobre valorado, ellos asumen que porque tienen termales ya no necesitan tratar bien al huésped. De verdad no lo recomiendo. Hay mejores hoteles y a mucho mejor precio. Es lamentable porque la verdad, nos hospedamos en otros Hoteles con precios similares pero nos trataron como reyes! Ojalá puedan mejorar esos detalles porque en general los paisajes son hermosos. Pero el trato y los detalles a las necesidades de los huespedes, no.

Una experiencia ambigua de alojamiento, dificil de clasificar
Pros:

El desayuno excelente, el masaje muy bueno y su servicio excelente, Los jardines preciosos.

Cons:

El estado de baño regultar la ducha la puerta no cerraba. Inicialmente no habia toallas de cuerpo se tenian que pedir, nos informaron que no teniamos derecho a batas luego no las dieron, no habia neverita como otras ocasiones. En realidad yo intente solicitar un hospedaje para la familia con pileta privada. pero no consegui forma de solicitarlo
Las piscinas estaba desbordada de gente la mas caliente y con exceso de ruido el dia que llegamos, las otras muy fria. La mascota de soporte emosional pudo entrar pero nos insistieron que no podiamos andar con ella por ninguna zona solo la habitación.
