El servicio al cliente es muy bueno todos son muy amables y muy serviciales el hotel es muy grande hay bastantes cosas que hacer, se siente una energía chévere dormí muy bien.

La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia, era de los módulos nuevos. Se preocupan por el uso responsable de energía en la reserva.
El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. Los planes ecológicos muy buenos y los guías excepcionales.
Es una reserva muy bonita y relajante.
La comida del restaurante y el servicio de meseros deben mejorarlo sustancialmente, ya que la comida no es buena y el personal está despistado y lento en la atención. Hay que tener en cuenta que en la región se come bastante mal así que si mejoran el servicio de restaurante serán más atractivos.
La ubicación estratégica.
El tamaño del baño es muy reducido. Hace falta que tenga un closet medianamente aceptable.

El lugar es maravilloso pero cuando uno va a un hotel le gusta sentirse atendido a gusto muy poco servicio en la zona húmeda y lo de comer en un lugar que está a 500 metros de la piscina no me gustó para nada es incómodo después de estar relajado en una mesa pararse para ir a comer tan lejos la comida de la carta muy bajo nivel para tan hermoso lugar, no lo hago como una crítica pero creo que si valoran mi comentario le daría un plus a tan lindo lugar
Es un paraíso natural tranquilo y placentero. Excelente atención y delicisioso su desayuno tipo buffet. Muchas gracias por tan agradable y maravillosa.

La piscina muy agradable y las partes exteriores muy bien cuidadas.

El aire acondicionado dejaba de enfriar a las 4 horas de estar trabajando, dijimos en recepción pero dijeron que estaba bueno, tocaba apagarlo y prender el abanico de techo.
Pedimos hielo para enfriar una bebida y nos dijeron que no podían darnos porque eran para los cócteles.
