Only the location. Staff was okay.
The cleanliness, the smell, the stains, the noises. Construction work is going on in their restaurant due to which they had pre poned breakfast timing s from 6 to 8:30. As a result, we had to get up early unneccesarily.

Brilliant location, almost everything was walkable and you’re right in the centre of Kandy!
Staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for you.
Good water pressure in shower.
Beds were quite hard but that’s more of a personal preference.
Lovely pool but almost always shaded!
Rooms were quite old fashioned but they’re currently in the middle of renovations (the renovation noise didn’t affect us at all).
A little noisy, our room was next to the lift so could hear when people were going in and out, also traffic/birds from the street but that can’t be helped.
Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt el. Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda Kandy felfedezéséhez. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész a reggeli bőséges volt. Habár főút mellett van, nem volt zajos éjszaka.
A hotel szerintem nem 4 csillagos, legalábbis európai trendek szerint. Kicsit lepukkant, de egy éjszakára tökéletes volt

We stayed for two nights, the Hotelroom was nice with a beautiful little balcony
facing the city. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was very kind and
friendly, also the breakfast was delicous. There is a nice little pool in a little
garden when you walk through the hotel and the rooftop-bar is build with love,
where you can sit in the evening and have a nice view of the city.

The location is good. It's easy to walk to tooth relic temple. And the hotel staffs are very hospitality. Room decorated very beautiful.

Facilities a bit outdated, but generally ok. Staff is pleasant really, even too much.
I dont want to say anyhing bad about the staff, as they really nice, manager is really helpful. But apart feom minor details. We felt a bit awkard when dining in the restaurant almost alone and two staff members was just standing near us overcaring us too much. Its ok to be nice, but you have to give space for your a little space for your guest, guest should feel that you care of him not because of tips.

La piscina e il giardino non erano puliti e trascurati. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per poter avere un po’ di relax nelle pause durante la giornata ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti neanche a fare il bagno in piscina.
