Soggiorno molto piacevole, in una struttura curata e centralissima, con staff gentilissimo!
Pros:

Camera molto bella e ben curata, in una posizione centralissima nel cuore della città. Staff estremamente cordiale, gentile e attento. Colazione molto buona e soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Cons:

Come piccolo punto da migliorare, sarebbe stato gradito avere l’acqua inclusa nella colazione. Inoltre, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina, che chiude alle 19:00, un orario un po’ presto soprattutto per chi trascorre la giornata in giro.

Cons:

Nous avons s été gênés par une forte odeur de cigarette qui émanait de la ventilation de la salle de bain alors que nous avions demandé une chambre non fumeur.

Posizione top, ma problemi con il bagno!
Pros:

Posizione top a un minuto a piedi dal lago. Personale molto gentile, soprattutto il signore dell’ascensore! C’era una piscina molto bella e la colazione è abbondante. La camera era molto spaziosa con balcone al 5 piano.

Cons:

Lo scarico del wc non ha funzionato da quando siamo entrati in camera. Ho avvisato subito la ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in, ma al nostro ritorno in camera il problema non era stato risolto, e direi ignorato del tutto! Lo scarico del wc non ha funzionato per tutta la durata del soggiorno ( per fortuna solo una notte). Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare riempiendo la cassetta dell’acqua con il doccino, per far uscire acqua dallo scarico!

Nous avons aimé la décoration a l’ancienne de l’hôtel mais un coup de neuf est nécessaire, les murs sont vieillis ainsi que le sol et la salle de bain + petite odeur de renfermé dans la chambre

Central, comfortable stay in Kandy.
Pros:

Good central location in Kandy.
Regal old style hotel with verandah overlooking the street life below.
Easy to walk to temple, lake and markets.
We traveled to Sigrigiya & Dambulla to explore these areas in day trips easily with a driver.
Beautiful pool area for relaxing.
Great staff and delicious breakfasts.
We stayed for two days and recommend this as a comfortable stay after visiting rural towns.

Cons:

Shower early in the morning not hot but very good of an evening.

Pros:

Un hôtel de très grande qualité, idéalement situé au cœur de Kandy, à proximité des temples, des boutiques et des marchés.

Malgré cette situation très centrale, dès que l’on entre dans l’hôtel, on découvre un véritable oasis de calme et de sérénité. Après l’agitation, le bruit et la chaleur de la ville, c’était un vrai plaisir de pouvoir s’y réfugier, se détendre et profiter d’un cadre élégant et reposant.

Un très bel équilibre entre le confort d’un hôtel haut de gamme et l’authenticité d’un séjour en plein cœur de Kandy. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons.

Great inner city stay
Pros:

Great location , right in the middle of Kandy. Two minute walk to ATM and supermarket. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Nothing really - it is quite noisy (tooting horns etc) because of being inner city, but thats just life.
