très bon séjours merci à mme bouchra pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité mais aussi au reste du personnel par contre le vieux monsieur de nuit un peu bizarre est pas très agréable je crois que la collation ne lui convient pas mais je reviendrai

Hotel a fuir. Le 3 ème lit n'était pas fait. L'hôtel sentait la cigarette. Et lorsque nous avons voulu boire un verre au bar, on nous a recalé cr nous n'étions pas client du Novotel (hotel collé à Ibis).

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, check-in tardivo in serata ma prenotazione effettuata quasi un mese prima. Ci hanno assegnato una camera sporchissima capelli ovunque peli bruciature di sigaretta e sporcizia generale. Luce del bagno non disponibile e puzza di fumo e avevo specificato CAMERA NON FUMATORI. Ho cercato di mettermi in contatto per chiedere una camera con 3 letti singoli ma senza risposta già da inizio prenotazione e poi successivamente. Risultato notte da dimenticare
