Pros:

I loved the view from my room window. Also hotel is so cute. Beach and cafes are very close to the hotel. Friendly stuff, they helped me a lot 🌞🤍

Cons:

La ubicación y el personal es amable. Incluye en la reserva reposeras en la playa.

Cons:

No se podía regular el aire de la habitación, la primera noche tuvimos mucho frío. Afuera hacían 35 grados pero adentro parecía invierno. Tuvimos que solicitar mantas.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche im Henrosa Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Parallel zum Ocean Drive ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten bei den Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften die man sucht.
Das Personal war immer freundlich. Unser Fernseher funktionierte am Anfang nicht. Als wir nachfragten, kam der Mann an der Rezeption mit und schaute es sich an. Erst bot er an uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Uns war das allerdings nicht so wichtig. Trotzdem kam er wenige Minuten später mit einem Techniker am Handy wieder und löste das Problem.
Die Ausstattung umfasst das Nötigste. Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer und in der Lobby gibt es gratis Wasser und Kaffee. Außerdem kann man sich Handtücher für den Strand leihen. Liegen kriegt man am Strand, wenn man sagt, dass man im Henrosa Hotel übernachtet.
Preis-Leistung war überragend.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung stand, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. Allerdings sagte man uns, dass man im Nachbarhotel 20% Rabatt bekommt. Wir haben es dann nicht getestet.
Hat uns aber auch nicht zu sehr gestört.

Loved the decor and the very boutique feel

Cons:

The only thing that I can say that I didn’t like was the $200 damage/deposit and that it would take up to 7 business days to be returned. Other locations are able simple get an authorization and are able release it upon checkout.
