Friendly staff and good location but bring earplugs.
Pros:

Hotel location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and very close to the beach.

Cons:

Room was small and air conditioning was kind of noisy. Room door does not have any sealing and sound proofing so all noises from the corridor will come directly through.

La posizione di questa struttura, a 2passi contati da ocean drive e a 2passi da española way e whashington avenue. Acqua calda per the, acqua fredda e caffè sempre disponibile.

Cons:

L'acqua della doccia era tiepida non calda, la finestra non si apre e il condizionatore npn si spegne.

I had a good experience overall even though I have some things to add in the next section.

Cons:

The room was not very clean when we arrived. We found hair in the bed, dust and hair in the corners and on the floor, and rust around the bathroom bin. After reporting the issue, we were given fresh bed sheets on the first evening. We did not want anyone to enter the room afterward, so we kept the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for the entire stay. Additionally, the bathroom sliding door could not be fully closed, as it is a sliding door. Could be a little problematic :)
On our last day, we mentioned these issues to the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. He offered us some benefits and arranged a discount for an additional night, as we decided to extend our stay by one more night. Because of this, I will not leave a bad review. My advice is to speak up at the reception if you experience any issues.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach and restaurants.

However, the hotel itself is much worse. We were given a room where I barely slept at all during the night. Thank God we stayed only one night — I wouldn’t have been able to handle more and would have looked for another hotel, as there were constant banging noises and strange sounds above us during the night. I have no idea where they were coming from, especially since we were on the top floor. It was truly awful. The room had a strange musty smell. Breakfast was within walking distance from the hotel, which was fine, but the selection was very limited. All in all — I would not choose this hotel again next time.

Atendeu as expectativas.
Pros:

Localização ótima! Perto da Espanhola Way e Ocean Drive. Perto de pontos de ônibus que levam para downtown Miami. Perto de tudo em Miami Beach.

Cons:

Funcionários pouco prestativos. Custo alto comparando a outras cidades e o que oferece.

Cons:

They have no parking and traveled 16 hours to get to it and they didn't care about trying to help us out. You should go ahead and get the parking with the valet station next door to make the people staying with you comfortable about staying with you. Absolutely worst trip ever. Will never be back.

Good enough
Pros:

Location was fantastic

Cons:

TV was not working, we could not manage room temperature in our room as it was regulated with a central system. Thankfully staff provided a small heater.
Room was organized but I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom with some moldy seams. Shower took time to warm up and pressure was low.
Overall facilities need some love and updates.

Posizione strategica giri angolo e sei su Ocean Drive; camere abbastanza spaziose,bagno confortevole,phon e bollitore a disposizione,frigo, completamente insonorizzata

Cons:

Zero parcheggio solo silos a 20$ x24h. Aria condizionata a manetta non si può abbassare il termostato è finto, abbiamo chiesto di spegnerla in camera nostra e non è stato possibile. La notte si gela dal freddo per l aria condizionata troppo alta. La seconda notte siamo stati disturbati tutta la notte da un rumore e il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato camera ma è solo diminuito,non si è mai saputo cosa fosse. Personale un po' svogliato ma ci ha aiutato in tutto. Finestre sbarrate non si possono aprire
