とても便利で、快適でした。
Pros:

駅前2分と言う立地でとても便利でした。

Cons:

予約時に、クレジット決済したつもりでしたが、現地ではしてないとの事でした。現地で、もう一度決済しましたが、二重に請求されないか不安でした。チェックインで再度確認してもらいました。

Booked for elderly in-laws, very happy with the service.
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my in-laws, Japanese folks who live in Brazil. They're above 80 years old, and told me that the staff was very helpful. This is the second time they have gone to this hotel and are very satisfied.

Cons:

Nothing that comes to mind.

駅周辺には長崎らしい飲食店は皆無結局繁華街に出ました。
Pros:

駅に近い。それだけ。

Cons:

チェックアウト時にお客様とクリーナーのバッティングがあったらしく平謝りの電話を掛けてた。
そういやNo cleaning札の記憶が無い。まさか口伝で？！
