as it so happens, we were in search of a hotel in the middle of the night and booking.com showed us 4 available rooms at this hotel.
while I was parking, my German travel companion wanted to book these rooms at the night desk. He was blatantly told that the advertised rooms were not available as they were not serviced and dirty.
when we left, a group of Spanish travelers was greeted warmly and friendly and we infer that they have gotten the same rooms that we were denied.

I asked on the next day when their rooms are serviced and whether or not advertised rooms remain dirty.
I was asked to write an email that nobody bothered to read, as there was no response or an apology and as I have noticed seems to be the Spanish fashion in the hotel industry to interrupt guests, callers and disregard their concerns.
Not even a lick of interest and suddenly unable to understand.
Funny enough, the Manager is always absent as if a unicorn that must be conjured by magical means.

People, this business only wants Spanish guests and they will treat everyone else like garbage. Valladolid is on the wrong side of Spain where tourists from abroad are disliked. This hotel and its disservice are the culmination of their disregard for paying customers. We took our business elsewhere, where we were welcome.

The racism displayed in this hotel and throughout the region is of the lowest quality and without effort. Disingenuous really, no cunning and certainly not cleverly veiled.
This hotel is one of the many reasons not to set foot into Spain ever again

Amaazing place!

Ett trevligt ställe där personalen pratar engelska. I restaurangen var de väldigt måna om att vi förstod menyn. Rummet var bra med sköna sängar.

Este boutique hotel fue una antigua abadía y es encantador. No queda en el centro de Valladolid, pero el área es muy buena y accesible en carro o taxi al centro de la ciudad. También hay un centro comercial muy bueno cerca. Regresaría a este hotel.

Great find.great service, great Room. Plenty of parking, close bybyou have a shopping mall that hás all the services need.

El hotel está en las afueras de Valladolid, con lo cual necesitarás el coche para cualquier cosa. Por dentro está bien, con una aceptable relación calidad-precio. En general todo correcto, aunque quizás la cama podría ser algo más cómoda. El desayuno también correcto.

Para nosotros lo peor es que el wifi no funcionaba (simplemente no se conectaba) y no se solucionó durante la estancia.

Todo muy correcto y a precio record, me daba un poco de miedo algunas reseñas, pero al haber ido en noviembre y no haber necesitado aire acondicionado quiza me haya librado.Es verdad que es un hotel pequeño y quiza algo modesto para tener 4 estrellas, pero no puedo hacer ninguna critica.

Sehr schönes Hotel. In alten Gemäuer einer Burg.
Wir kamen um 22.00 Uhr an. Nachtportier sprach nur spanisch, kein Englisch, auch italienisch oder französisch wollte er nicht verstehen. Etwas schwierig, aber es hat geklappt.
Frühstückbuffet haben wir zum Glück nicht gebucht, sah sehr einfach aus. Kann nicht am Morgen gebucht werden. Wir hatten an der Bar Toast und Gipfel mit Marmelade und 1 Schinkenkäsegipfel. Gute Entscheidung.

Es un buen hotel para una noche de paso, cerca de la autopista pero sin molestias. La habitación tiene frigorifico (con agua y cerveza) cafetera, etc

Hotel en edificio historico, expecial para quien no necesite barullos

Pequeño hotel con encanto, el persinal de recepción es encantador y si lo que necesitas son días de desconexión, es el hotel perfecto.
