Kaufman Hotel

Отличное расположение. Буквально до всего рукой подать. Много баров, кафе, ресторанов и магазинов, но при этом в гостинице очень тихо и спокойно. В номере тепло и есть печь, которая за пару минут идеальную температуру гонит. Горячая вода прям идеальная, как и напор. Вайфай быстрый. Матрас очень удобный.

Из минусов:
1. Постельное белье почти за неделю не меняли ни разу. Возможно надо просить об этом отдельно.
2. Стены очень тонкие. Слышно даже собеседника соседа по его телефону.

Отличный вариант за свои деньги.
P. S. Во дворе очень ласковая и добрая кошечка черепашьей расцветки, не забудьте покормить и погладить.

Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation. Het hotel ligt op de binnenplaats van een kleine zijstraat. Op een zeer rustige locatie. Geweldig om 's nachts te slapen. Geen geluid. Zelfs de buren werden niet gehoord. Propper. Maar teleurstellend dat er geen kluis in de kamer was. Hoewel in de beschrijving van de kamers op de website de kluis was aangegeven.

Спокойное тихое место. Симпатичный отель. Все понравилось.

Удобное местоположение (в пяти минутах от метро Бауманская), рядом есть магазин и места, где можно перекусить. Сам номер чистый и очень уютный, есть все необходимые удобства. По ночам было тихо, единственное, что пугал периодически звук канализации :)

Хороший вариант за свои деньги. Удобно, что недалеко от метро. Уютно, чисто, все понравилось

Останавливался на одну ночь. Недорогой отель, номер маленький, но всё есть. Даже чайник.

I took a room on the second floor, which I noticed it was leaking, so they sent me one floor up, the room looked like a prison cell, with cables, isolation tubes hanging on the wall, I talked to them to at least have put some shades at the window, all they did was to hang a towel on it! Which fell of after a few hours, it was a terrible choice of hotel for over one hundred dollars a night! I moved after my stay there to a different location where I pay half the price for a much better room.

Location is in a very local neighbourhood. The metro is within walking distance. There is no fan and air-conditioning in the room. So not recommended during warm periods; too stuffy. I booked for 2N but just for 1. Had to find another with airconditioning.

Rooms on the third floor are very small and extremely uncomfortable for 2 people, even for european standards. Small bed, lack of space to move around, very small bathroom. It is an attic so the only window is on the ceiling, and no curtains or blockouts so if you go during summer when there is only 4 hours of darkness you will sleep with the sun over you.
Location is very good with easy access to the metro (5minutes walk) and 2 stations from the Kremlin.
Front desk service was really bad. No to everything. Minimal effort to understand guests needs.

Teníamos reserva para 3 y la habitación era para dos! La cama extra era inaceptable se rompió y a uno de mis amigos le tocó dormir en el piso! El personal de la primera noche poco amable y no brindó solución!

Estuvimos mas de quince días hospedados en el hotel, y mas allá del detalle de que no tienen aire acondicionado las habitaciones, todo lo demás realmente muy bien. Las habitaciones cómodas, el personal amable, el restaurant bar adecuado, y, en general, muy bien el servicio. Pasamos unos días muy buenos en el hotel.

Su ubicación excelente, a solo dos estaciones de la Plaza Roja, y con supermercados y restaurantes a solo unos pasos.

El único problema fue que en la reserva ofrecían desayuno incluido, el primer día nos lo dieron pero el segundo día ya no nos lo cobraron aduciendo que ese día dejábamos el hotel, por lo demás todo bien.

Location is slightly outside Garden Ring, easily accessible from cental Moscow by metro in 2-3 stops. The area is residential and safe with some coffee shops, decent restaurants and grocery stores. The reception was kind enough to let me check into the room at 630am (glad that I've prepaid the room). While this is marked on the signage as a 4-star hotel, that's likely the Russian standard. It's a solid 3-star. Comfortable but nothing spectacular, definitely a good choice during FIFA time.

Staff is great. Always there is you need help. Room was quite small, but I don't mind.
Shower is a bit busy. Simplicity would have been a better approach.

My only real complaint about this hotel is the restaurant. It is very disappointing. Food quality is just not there. Unfortunately I paid for breakfast during my entire stay. Would advice against it and just go a block away to any of the small cafe's instead.

Other than that, the location is great because it's away from the hustle and bustle but within a 10 minute walk you can get to the metro. Tons of shops around to get groceries. Banks are a few blocks away as well. Great pub (Temple Pub) 2 blocks away with decent food choices.

Terrible experience, I would request a refund if I could.

They gave us a room in the last dark corner of the last floor of the hotel. The air conditioning didnt work and when I called to ask the reception answered "you paid for no air conditioning". The toilet did not flush correctly either and water would not drain through the pipes in the shower so I had to continuously turn it on and off to allow for draining.

The Hotel is very far away from the center in a somehow dangerous neighbourhood.
I am glad I only had to stay for one night before going to the airport.

Extremely overpriced for what it offers.
