schöne Stadt, Hotel mit hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Frühstück war gut; das Personal beim Frühstück ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station, so dass es überhaupt keine Probleme gab bis zur Moldau zu kommen, wobei Senioren über 65 Jahre die Öffis kostenlos benutzen können.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption spricht nur Englich; Die Abrechnung für Leistungen wie Parken, Bar und zusätzlichem Frühstück ist nicht transparent. Es wurde keine Rechnung ausgestellt. Da sie auch nicht per Mail kam, bin ich doch sehr irritiert, da sie gefühlt zu hoch ausgefallen ist.
Die Bar war nicht besetzt, weil der Barmann Urlaub hatte; der Rezeptionist konnte nur Bier Wasser und Gin Tonic ausschenken. Das passt nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels

Convenient Central City Location.
Pros:

Great location for the city centre. Spacious and comfortable rooms. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, very good.

Cons:

The area outside the hotel is undergoing a major development and there’s building works everywhere (this doesn’t cause any noise in the room).

Ein schönes, zentrales, angenehmes Hotel ohne Abstriche.
Pros:

Die Lage ist phänomenal, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel und das Frühstück perfekt, nichts fehlt .

Cons:

Meckern aus hohem Niveau: Ein paar deutschsprachige Fernsehsender mehr wären nett.

Lo que debería haber sido y no fue
Pros:

Creo que en general para ser un 5 estrellas, se queda algo corto. La habitación muy pequeña, vistas a una pared y el desayuno muy normalito.

Cons:

La habitación y las NO vistas, no se veía la calle por ningún lado.

Posizione eccellente. Albergo consigliatissimo
Pros:

Camera molto bella con vista che affaccia sul museo nazionale. Personale gentilissimo. Posizione dell'albergo eccellente: praticamente di fianco alla fermata della metropolitana muzeum, e quindi a due passi dal museo sopra citato, con un sacco di posti dove mangiare a due passi, e praticamente vicino a tutto cammindo un po'.
La colazione salata molto fornita e direi completa di tutto.

Cons:

Considerando il livello dell'albergo, mi sarei aspettato una qualità maggiore per quanto riguarda i dolci a disposizione (quindi la pasticceria). Ovviamente in base al mio gusto personale e della mia compagna.

Passable but definitely not good value for money
Pros:

Very polite, kind, and attentive staff—the only part of the hotel experience that can be marked with 5 stars. Central location with easy access to public transport and landmarks. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

By no means this could be a 5 star hotel. More into the 3 star category. Furniture is really run-down, some chairs so dirty and disgusting that I didn’t want to put my clothes on them let alone sit. The pillows were so tall, that I have a stiff and painful neck 5 days later. I strongly suggest the managers sleep on them for a night and understand what a torture it is. The duvets were double folded, and not suitable for the summer, and again stained and disgusting. Plenty of other issues that made the price of 190 euro per night (with passable breakfast) a rip-off for the experience. I actually moved after the first night to another hotel where a family member was staying.

Great hotel, at the start of the pedestrian central street. Close to transportation, walking distance to all main tourist attractions, numerous shops and restaurants within the area.
