Výborný hotel na krásném místě
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita. Měli jsme pěkný pokoj v 5.patře s malým balkonkem. Z jednoho okna výhled na muzeum, z druhého na sv.Václava, Václavské náměstí, Pražský hrad. Výborná snídaně. Velice ochotný a milý personál. Tichý pokoj. Okna dobře těsní zvuky z venku.

Cons:

Nešla vypnout klimatizace na déle než 5 minut, ani snížit teplota, trošinku hučela. Mám rád v noci nižší teplotu. Naštěstí bylo možné větrat oknem. Někdo na recepci nechtěl mluvit česky, jen anglicky. Nevadilo mi to.

Celkově jsem byla spokojená, snídaně byla skvělá 👌.

Cons:

Smutné, že v České republice jsem jako rodilý Čech, nemohla s nikým promluvit českým jazykem. Kromě dvou recepčních, kteří mluvili ,, lámanou češtinou,, všichni mluvili anglicky.

Vyklbena kachla na vany a neustále otváranie dverí uklidom... Minimálne 4x za pobyt a pred check outom naháňali že kedy odchádzame.

Pros:

The hotel was in a pleasant environment, and for an additional fee, we had a great view of the museum.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the receptionist rewrote the details from our ID card four times. He then gave us the room cards, but when we got to the door, they didn’t work. I had to go back to reception, where the receptionist activated them.

On our last night, the fire alarm on our floor suddenly went off at 7:00 a.m., even though there was no fire, and no one apologized to us.

The hotel itself was great, comfortable, and the location was truly 10/10, but the reception service was catastrophic.

Haut standing au coeur de la ville et proche de la gare centrale
Pros:

Belle chambre, spacieuse, phoniquement bien isolée, avec vue directe sur le Musée National.
Petit-déjeuner buffet tout à fait correct.
Situation très centrale et proche de la gare centrale (7/8 minutes à pied).

Cons:

Le personnel est en grande partie étranger avec une connaissance très embryonnaire de la langue tchèque, ce qui est tout de même regrettable pour un hôtel situé au coeur de Prague. Personnel, par ailleurs, très bien.

Lokalizacja, mila obsluga recepcji, widok z okna

Cons:

Obiekt juz ma swoje lata i potrzebuje odswiezenia. Pokoje są bardzo małe. Po sniadaniu stwierdzam, ze nie jest to 5gwiazdek, a max 3 (bardzo skromne). Brak parkingu, co wprowadza w błąd przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji(auto suv z boxem nie wjedzie). Brak przyborów typu igla z nitka, kosmetykow poza tym wlanym pod prysznicem. U nas w pokoju dla 4 osob byla tylko 1 szczoteczka do zebow. Dziwne, ze sieć Barcelo ma takich hotel pod swoja marką.
