Die Lage war gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt wurde durch erhebliche Mängel deutlich beeinträchtigt. Im ersten Zimmer waren die Bodenfliesen im Bad lose und eine klare Sicherheitsgefahr. Das Ersatzzimmer hatte zwar ein intaktes Bad, aber keinen funktionierenden Fernseher, der laut Hotel während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden konnte. Enttäuschend ist, dass für diese erheblichen Mängel keinerlei Kompensation angeboten wurde. Bei so einer Einschränkung hätte ich zumindest ein Entgegenkommen erwartet. Insgesamt hinterlässt das einen enttäuschenden Eindruck.

Komfortables Hotel zentral am Wenzelsplatz
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wenzelsplatz, von hier aus lässt sich Prag gut zu Fuß erkunden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker.
Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Im Flur und Treppenhaus riecht es komisch, der Raumduft hat mir nicht gefallen. Scheinbar soll hier ein unangenehmer Geruch übertüncht werden.

Pros:

La ubicación. Justo frente a la plaza Wenceslao y a pocas cuadras del centro histórico. Todo el tiempo nos movimos a pie.

Cons:

La recepción esta en el primer piso y no en planta baja. Al llegar tardaron en abrirnos, pues la puerta principal se abre con la tarjeta de la habitacion.

Ilmastointi ei toiminut oikealla tavalla. Oli kuulemma talviasennossa. Meidän huoneessa oli todella kuuma.

Pros:

Veldig estetisk fint hotell. Rommet var veldig stort og fint. Frokosten var god og endret seg noe fra dag til dag som er fint for litt variasjon. Veldig hyggelig personalet og veldig sentral beliggenhet.

Cons:

Fikk flekkete hånduk og dusjen var ikke vasket ordentlig. Sengen ble heller ikke skiftet på, bare redd opp. Forkosarealet er veldig lite og de varme rettene holdt seg ikke varme i beholderne sine, noe som trekker frokosten ned. Bygget som det er tatt bilde av i annonsen er museumet over gaten, noe som kan være veldig misvisende til hvordan hotellet ser ut. Vil ikke si at dette er et 5 stjernes hotell basert på disse tingene.

Balcony door didn’t open which was extremely disappointing given the location (náměstí view)
