Pros:

המלון ממוקם בכניסה הדרומית יש חנייה בשפע ארוחת בוקר טובה הכל נקי מאד ומושקע
The hotel is located at the southern entrance and has ample parking. A good breakfast is all very clean and well maintained

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and they clean the room daily. Staff is very nice but they don't speak English. The hotel is a block from the beach and several cafes and restaurants.

Nie Wieder!
Pros:

Schon am Eingang wird man vom Gestank der Zigaretten, obwohl an der Tür klebt das Nicht-Raucherzeichen erschlagen. In meinem Voucher Stand: Zimmer mit Meerblick, Frühstück. Mein erster Zimmer war zu Strasse und so verraucht das ich wegen Husten gar nicht rein gehen konnte. Habe mich beschwert und bekamm ein besseres (weniger verraucht). Der wäre mit Meerblick wenn da nicht Wände von anderen Häusern dazwischen wären. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte Frühstück wäre nicht dabei und ich müsste 5 Euro mehr zahlen, das hätte ich doch wohl. Zimmer: Tepich (brr), Sparlampen die für sehr schlechtes Licht sorgten, Plastikdecken, Schimmel in der Dusche, kein dt. TV-Programm. Wollte was essen. Nach meiner Anfrage ob es Bereich für nicht Raucher gäbe, Antwort: kein Problem. Als ich kam ins Restaurant, da saß der Koch und der Kellner an einem Tisch und was machten sie: Zigaretten paffen. Habe mich umgedreht und bin ins trostlose Ort gegangen. Da war auch nicht besser. Nie wieder!!!!

Hotel close to the beach.
Pros:

Very nice local ppl running the hotel. Though just one person knows English, I managed to communicate with the Stuff. Gregory and his mum run the hotel very well, they were nice and warm ppl. I felt like home. The hotel is situated next to the national road (isolated windows and doors, even trucks noice is nearly heard) which makes it close to cities around like Arta.... its location permits a 2h driving maximum to close islands like Parga; lefkada or even Sivota.
As for the room cleanliness, it was just perfect. They are not too large but well decorated and very comfortable . The quality price rate (35-40€/night) is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

the hotel was very comfortable and the hosts were helpful - they let me choose which fish I'd like for dinner, from the fresh selection in the fridge. Definitely the freshest, nicest dinner I've had in Greece.
