The hotel is located close to the main square, but despite the investment in its planning, the atmosphere and overall design are cold and stark. The breakfast served on the nice roof terrace is very limited and not generously served as expected from a hotel that claims to be a high-class hotel. A big disappointment!
The location and the staff were exceptional. The roof top was also beautiful and a lovely place to sit and relax when acclimatising.

We had a wonderful time here—friendly staff, a spacious room with a balcony, and a spectacular rooftop terrace with a view of the surrounding volcanoes. The freshly prepared breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel also offers dinner, which is well-prepared, and a bar. Neither of these, however, seems to be the operator’s main focus.

The rooms are very hot even in July which is winter season in Peru. Room did not cool down at night. And opening a window at night in Peru always gives the smell of a hundred chimneys. We had a room on the top floor of the hotel, so we heard music and chairs moving above us but luckily it was quiet after 10 pm.
Loved the rooftop for breakfast and chill in the afternoon. Hotel is modern, clean and well designed.
A little far from centre of town (but Arequipa is not huge). Got woken up during the night by guests in next door room having an argument.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Dachterasse und tollem Blick auf die schneebedeckten Vulkane. DasFrühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl. Auch die Nähe zur Plaza de Armas.
Eine Ruhe Oase, trotzdem zentrale Lage. Tolle Dachterrasse mit super Frühstück. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. Absolut zu empfehlen. Sogar der Wäscheservice war toll!
