La sécurité de l'hotel, son raffinement, son personnel et son accueil. La terrasse. Préparation d'un petit panier à emporter à la seule inititiative de l'hotel pour excursion très matinale.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner dit continental pour le prix de 14 euros. Pas d'eau chaude à 2h15 du matin avant excursion.

Tout était parfait. Chambre fraîche, terrasse magnifique, piscine superbe. Personnel toujours gentil et aimable, petit déjeuner exquis. Nous étions venus il y a 2 ans et nous reviendrons à notre prochain passage à Arequipa

Great stay in very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Loved our balcony, sunny and airy room. Great internet, appreciated the bottles of water replenished every day. Also loved the fact that they gave us a complimentary packed breakfast as we left really early. All the dart were professional and friendly

Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Schoon, ruime kamer, rustig. Superaardige personeel. Lekker ontbijt op dakterras waar kolibries vliegen.
Waren heel flexibel met veranderen data doordat we later kwamen na geannuleerde vlucht.

Lugar acogedor, cálido y muy confortable.
Pros:

Muy acogedor, impecable y todo el personal siempre muy amable, atento y cordial. Preocupados por cada detalle.
La terraza es bellísima, el paisaje te permite apreciar los Nevados y está muy bien decorada, con mucho gusto, provoca quedarse allí mucho tiempo.

excellent séjour. Hôtel que je recommande vivement pour un séjour à Arequipa.
Pros:

le roof top est un plus. la vue est superbe . Petit déjeuner le matin ou apéritif le soir au coucher de soleil, l'endroit est magnifique. le personnel est attentionné. La qualité du petit déjeuner est très bien. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de restauration mais l'offre prés de l'hôtel est très large. l'emplacement de l'hôtel à 200 m de la place centrale de Arequipa est très appréciable, tout en étant très calme.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo, a cama de casal é bem grande e aconchegante. O café da manhã é uma delícia (e também tem uma vista linda).

Cons:

O único ponto negativo é que a sacada do quarto dava direto para um estacionamento do hotel e dava uma impressão de falta de privacidade, mesmo com a cortina fechada. (Mas foi apenas detalhe, o hotel é maravilhoso)
