Tolles Hotel mit super Lage
Pros:

Sehr zentral, tolle Lage. Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel insgesamt ist bereits sehr sehenswert.

Cons:

Uns war das Konzept des Hotels nicht ganz klar. Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools und der Bar und auch die Fruehstueckszeiten, haben wir nicht ganz verstanden. Und es sollte unbedingt Pool Handtücher geben, um auch auf den Liegen chillen zu können

Lindo pero caluroso

No me gusto que las habitaciones no cuentes con aire acondicionado, hacia mucho calor en las habitaciones y la ventana da al interior del hotel por ende no se pueden dejar abiertas

Really good, small things they could improve.
Pros:

Great room, nice lobby, amazing views from roof. Shower was good, bed with lots of pillows to choose from.

Cons:

Room looked out to a car park and only had blackout curtains. Either people can see you from the car park or no natural light.

Service could be improved, they didn’t really listen to us or what we were saying to them. Some other guests seemed to be having similar issues. Nothing major just looked like they didn’t care too much.

Bardzo czysto, pomocny personel. Pomimo iż nie mieliśmy wykupionych śniadań bo nasze atrakcje zaczynały się bardzo wcześnie to dostaliśmy suchy poczęstunek na drogę.

Excellent location a short walk down the hill from the Plaza. Lovely large rooftop area where they serve an excellent breakfast is also available for lounging during the day. Amazing views of the snowcapped volcanoes. Tea and filtered water available all day in the lobby.

Una estadía mágica
Pros:

Nos encantó todo del hotel! La atención es top. El diseño, la tranquilidad, el desayuno es delicioso. Todas las instalaciones impecables.

El Palla siempre será mi primera opción en Arequipa
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y sobre todo la terraza en donde lo sirven es un espacio maravilloso, relajante y su personal muy atento. También me gustó mucho la atención del comedor del primer piso y la preparación de la comida.
En conclusión el hotel es hermoso, muy tranquilo y su personal muy amable. Gracias

Mi habitación era muy oscura, no tenía casi luz natural. Era una habitación muy bonita, pero necesita más luz. He estado en otras suites del hotel y esas sí tienen una muy buena iluminación.
