Struttura moderna e dotata di tutto, stanza un po fredda e piccola nonostante quanto avessimo pagato. Colazione eccezionale ed anche la terrazza con vista pazzesca

Hotel bonito-Confortável-Excelente café da manhã.
Pros:

Localização excelente, perto da Plaza de Armas. Café da manhã servido no terraço é excelente. Tudo estava delicioso. Quarto confortável e bom chuveiro.

Cons:

O quarto não dispunha de ar condicionado, e não havia criado mudo, mas apenas uma caixinha ao lado da cama. O hotel no cobrou o valor de 80 dólares para o late check out, valor que consideramos alto para ficarmos poucas horas no hotel.

PAS UN BON SOUVENIR
Pros:

Terrasse pour le petit déjeuner avec belle vue très agrèable

Cons:

On est arrivé à 06 h du matin ,pas de possibilité de faire un enregistrement anticipé payant (bien sûr) , alors que ils avaient 9 chambres disponibles, nous ont dit possibilité des chambres que après 11 h .. On n' a eu les chambres à 12 HH30.
L' accueil pas chauffé il faisait froid , n'ont pas offert une couverture pour attendre.
On n' a du aller prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs , se promener par la ville en attendant les chambres .
A la fin du petit déjeuner on n'a demande un café, la dame a dit pas possible le petit déjeuner est fini...
Les gens de la réception pas souriantes , pas aimables , toute le contraire de tout qu'on n'a pu avoir dans le reste de voyage au Perou ou les gens sont adorables.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. Posizione ottima, hotel e stanza pulitissime. Colazione eccezionale sulla terrazza con vista del vulcano. Ci hanno anche preparato delle box quando non potevamo farla in hotel a causa delle escursioni che iniziano molto presto. Se tornassi ad arequipa, tornerei in questo hotel.

Cons:

Unica piccola pecca l’impossibilità di fare l’early check-in. O per lo meno di solito si ha la conferma entro 48 ore prima. Il tutto va a cozzare con le cancellazioni gratuite ecc. l’unica soluzione è pagare per intero una stanza dal giorno prima.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und trotz des vielen Trubels, kann man nachts sehr gut schlafen.
Das Hotel ist im inneren offen, wodurch es sehr hell und warm wirkt.
Man hat vor dem Check-in oder auch nachdem man bereits ausgecheckt hat die Möglichkeit sein Gepäck in einem separaten Raum stehen zu lassen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

wir hatten leider kein Fenster rauswärts, sondern nur eins was in den inneren Hof ging. Das ist etwas nervig, wenn andere Hotelbewohner ständig vor dem Fenster langlaufen.
