Lovely stay in Arequipa
Pros:

Breakfast was on a lovely rooftop with a pool, lots of gorgeous flowers and views. Our room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable in an understated upscale manner. Staff were kind and very accommodating.

Unexpected breakfast
Pros:

The staff was preparing for me a breakfast box for me and I didn't even ask they did it by own intentions cause I did a day trip in the Canyon de la Colca in the very early morning I was very surprised about it 😀

Pros:

Absolutely everything and everyone working within this hotel is superb. I felt so safe, and genuinely cared for- amazing. I went off to Colca Canyon for 2day/1 night trek and was picked up at 3am - the night staff checked I was ok and provided a highly nutritious packed breakfast. On my return I was warmly greeted and welcomed back. The rooftop terrace is fantastic with breathtaking views of the mountains and city. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like - it was all fabulous

A perfect vacation from our hectic vacation.
Pros:

The staff were all kind, attentive, professional, and personable. The breakfast was amazing every morning with high quality ingredients and flavors. The view from the room was stellar looking towards snow capped volcanoes. The roof top restaurant and seating areas were perfect with well kept plants, lovely breezes, beautiful hummingbirds, comfortable and numerous seating areas and sun umbrellas.

Pros:

Vor allem das Personal, bestes internationales Niveau: freundlich , kompetent, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Gleich ob Counter, Housekeeping oder beim Frühstücken. Letzteres kein Massen und Mengen Büffet sondern delikat serviert. Leider wenig Zeit für weitere Beschreibung außer: nach 50 Jahren international unterwegs gehört diese Hotel zur Handvoll unpretentiöser sehr angenehmen Erfahrungen. Danke!

Stylish hotel, large room.
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, big rooms (I had a standard), comfortable beds, good shower. 5 minute walk from the plaza, lovely rooftop for breakfast or drinks, helpful staff.

Cons:

I had an inner facing room which didn’t have aircon or a fan so was quite warm at times. I would advise to bring earplugs because you can hear the noise from the bar and rooftop.

Un personnel au top dans un hôtel de qualité
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien pour visiter Arequipa. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées. Et par dessus tout le personnel est exceptionnel. Il est souriant et aux petits soins.

A fantastic place to stay
Pros:

Great service, big room with comfy bed, very very clean, and the highlight was the rooftop where we had breakfast and enjoyed the views of the volcano.

Pros:

La sécurité de l'hotel, son raffinement, son personnel et son accueil. La terrasse. Préparation d'un petit panier à emporter à la seule inititiative de l'hotel pour excursion très matinale.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner dit continental pour le prix de 14 euros. Pas d'eau chaude à 2h15 du matin avant excursion.
